      I was automatically enrolled in the Nest Renew program without my consent or knowledge. I only became aware of my participation after receiving a monthly recap email from ********** showing thermostat changes at my address.I never authorized this enrollment, never accepted any terms, and was not notified in advance. I have attempted to contact support but found the Nest Renew customer service phone number inactive.Nest Renew is actively altering thermostat settings in my home and collecting usage data without my explicit permission. I want this program terminated immediately and a record that I did not opt in. I am also requesting confirmation that no financial data or billing has occurred and that my personal data has not been misused.I am filing this complaint because I believe Google LLC (**********) has violated basic consumer consent practices.

      Was charged $17 for service last month now they have sent a bill saying I owe $136 for this month and last month and have stated it was an internal problem but they refuse to take last months bill off. I paid my statement balance for last month its not on me that they messed up.

      June 3rd I saw a promotional add for Google Fi being unlimited standard plan being 50% off for 18 months of you bring your own phone. I was surprised they were running the same deal so soon as the last. I followed the links from the promo and tried signing up and somehow ended up with a different plan. I honestly don't know how this happened. So after dealing with the immense headache of canceling my att plan I that I thought I was going to be forced to return to, I called Google fi customer service and explained the situation. Somehow I had ended up with the wrong plan without so much as a hey, heads up you are signing up for cellphone service, are you sure type of click twice to make sure things are what you are expecting(not even a preview your cart), without providing any payment information, I had signed up for a unlimited premium plan. That's when I immediately called Google fis customer service I explained the situation, the headache of ***** and how I used their own promotion and app to get where I was. I was told to switch plans and I would have to pay the premium for the first month but then would get the promotion. I told the employee that was in unacceptable to me as I hadn't even used a single byte of their service as I was on WiFi and if I had to I would rather cancel than not have the promo pricing. She assured me to try and change it, it might change immediately. I did and it did however there was no proof of what my payment on the first bill would be. She said it would be promo price and call customer service if I had any problems and denied my request for it in writing. Of course when the bill comes it is normal pricing so I do as I was promised and called fi who told me there was nothing they could do it was the software. Google telling me it's software they can't change is even more unacceptable than the following promises to talk to a supervisor which never happened or the terrible customer service interactions after.

      for some reason Google attempting to charge me automatically through my ach payment method on 1 May and 1 June. I didn't know the 1 May payment didn't go through. I received an email to my alternate email on 1 June that that payment also failed and therefore they were suspending my business account. I'm still unsure why my payments didn't go through given that there is sufficient funding available. regardless I added two credit cards as alternate methods of payment. they have refused to accept payment and continue to keep my account disabled. they claim to be verifying my information. then they emailed asking for me to verify a third party affiliated with my account which isn't a human, but instead is my bank. and now refuse to help since I can't provide the government issued identity information for the bank

      I have dealt with cyberstalking for years with no resolve. I have had google locking me out of my account permitting the perpetrator to retrieve proof of what was occurring. I have had previous issues with google redirecting my gmail account through *******, which placed my information in jeopardy of further attempts at privacy violations. To day , I entered my gmail account three times which was verified using my recovery account information. I attempted to check my account to see if my employer had attempted to reach me and the verification information didnt appear i was asked to provide my Wi-Fi information. I need provided the correct information each time I attempted to access my account. I need provided the this corrected and I want an apology.       I was taught to use Google in the 7th grade in middle school. It was the 1st site I ever used and the only site I go to first anyone opening a computer or phone or any device. In the recent years and as time passes Google has been flooding my brain with police material. Everyone I open the phone or app its something about the government, law enforcement or court videos. I keep hitting not interesting and blocking and it only promotes me more. Its getting to the point I cant even use devices I spent thousands on because I feel they are attending to brain wash me. Im so tired of hearing about ppp loans, ***** and court cases. Please stop. Im asking the bbb to have Google fix my accounts so I do not have to file a lawsuit for intentional infliction of emotional stress. They are doing this on purpose to harm my mind.       I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding a serious issue of impersonation and misuse of personal images involving me on a specific subreddit. I have already submitted multiple complaints to Google regarding this matter, but the link in question remains visible in search results, and the content continues to cause me significant distress.The subreddit is impersonating me, and they have posted images of me in a bikini that were taken when I was a minor. I want to make it very clear that I did not consent to these photos being shared publicly, and I am extremely uncomfortable and alarmed that this content is still accessible.
