      I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding a serious issue of impersonation and misuse of personal images involving me on a specific subreddit. I have already submitted multiple complaints to Google regarding this matter, but the link in question remains visible in search results, and the content continues to cause me significant distress.The subreddit is impersonating me, and they have posted images of me in a bikini that were taken when I was a minor. I want to make it very clear that I did not consent to these photos being shared publicly, and I am extremely uncomfortable and alarmed that this content is still accessible. The continued presence of this material is both invasive and harmful, especially considering my age at the time the photos were taken.Despite reporting this content and requesting its removal, the issue has not been resolved. I am reaching out to the BBB in hopes that further action can be taken to support my right to privacy and protection from impersonation and exploitation.

      I am writing about support inquiry 2-7688000039027 This involved a Pixel 9 Fold under warranty. I am also paying $15 a month in Google Store insurance.The phone developed a black dot on the inner screen along the fold which then spread to the rest of the phone. There was no physical damage to the ********* sent me to a UBreakIfix store which told me they don't repair Folds and never have. I then sent it in. Google wants to charge me almost $160. I called repeatedly and then was told I would get a replacement device. Now I got an email that the repair was canceled and the phone is being sent back as is.

      I had traded in my Google pixel 8 pro obsidian when I bought the new pixel 9 pro XL and they had continued to charge me when they had my previous phone the pixel 8 pro obsidian.

      After my credit cards and debit cards were stolen and fraudulently used I noticed several charges at Google's Play store. I immediately contacted Google and told them what happened and to dispute the charges and requested a refund, however, I keep getting repeatedly denied (which seems to be done automatically by computer and I highly suspect there's no true investigation into my claims) although according to Google's own refund policy I am within the 48 hour timeframe to request a refund for unauthorized charges after which they instruct you to reach out to the app developers and/or your issuing bank. As a Google contributor and Local guide, a subscriber to ******* premium and a Google One subscriber for the last 12 years I'm very disappointed with this experience and ultimately I just want to be refunded the $12.79 that was used fraudulently on my debit card.

      I canceled my ******* TV subscription on March 24, 2025. The company acknowledges that I did so on that date. I was then charged $82.99 on 3/30/25, 4/30/25, and 5/30/25. I have entered two support tickets with them. The last one was on 5/30/25.[2-9678000039465] ********** Support They cannot seem to find what the problem is or why I am being charged but they have not yet refunded me.

      Someone changed my passwords to my Google account ******************* and *********************** I have been trying to log in since 2 months. It won't let me enter a back up code or anything. The emails are part of my 2 step authentication. An awhile back google *** had called an sent me a say to answer my security question to access accounts. I have licenses for auto diagnostics and ********************** one an other stuff I have paid for an can't get into it because they are tied toy account.. please have someone call me to fix this issue.

      I have been trying to access these accounts for 2 months now an no luck. I have used every link provided to gain access to my accounts. Chatted with customer service for *** doing the same steps over an over without luck. I click forgot password and it sends a code my phone I enter that code then it asked to send another code to the account I'm trying to get into or my backup account that I cannot get into it will not give me an option to enter a backup code it will not give me an option to answer my security questions and just tells me to try again I got locked out of one of my accounts a while back under the exact same things a cool rip and contacted me it was able to send me a link to verify my security questions or enter a code that was provided by Google to get into my account my accounts have licenses attached to them for programs and I need to be able to use I also need to be able to access my Google one accounts because I'm paying for them monthly without being to access them please contact me so we can get this issue resolved thank you.

      Nobody from Google actually spoke to me but the other day I got an option that wasn't available before to provide another email I had access to an they would verify it an send a link to reset my password..I got back into my accounts..I just wish I could have gotten it resolved a lot sooner.       Complaint: False and Defamatory Google Review Hosted Against Guidelines I am submitting this complaint to bring attention to a review hosted on Google for Dr. ***** *******, a respected neurosurgeon, that contains false, harassing, and defamatory claims. The review by ******** ********-****** is being hosted by Google despite appearing to violate its stated policies on harassment, misrepresentation, and personal attacks.The reviewer falsely claims Dr. ******* told her husband his pain was all in his head. This is untrue. Dr. ******* thoroughly evaluated the case and suggested a medically recognized treatment pain psychology which was rejected by the reviewer. Her mischaracterization of that suggestion into psychological dismissal is misleading and damaging.She also claims Dr. ******* told her husband to get back to work to set a good example. This is a distortion of a compassionate statement about how returning to meaningful activities, like sculpting, might uplift the patient and positively impact his family. It was not a judgment, but it was twisted to appear as one.Worse, the review falsely alleges inappropriate personal remarks about the couples marriage a fabricated and deeply damaging accusation that crosses professional boundaries in the review, not in the interaction.Finally, the review includes language meant to destroy the doctor's reputation (no dignity, callous, failed on all fronts), which is not protected opinion but a malicious character attack based on distortions and falsehoods.This is not a legitimate or fair review. It contains false quotations, character defamation, and unsubstantiated allegations all in violation of Googles stated review content policies. I respectfully request that BBB investigate Googles failure to moderate and remove harmful content that violates its own standards.
