      This place has the worst customer service that I have seen in my life. Just plain useless and worthless. I have fixed my profile multiple times and they still will not show my AD. I am livid of the uselessness of this this department. Just plain worthless. They must be sleeping all day instead of doing their job. I have tried to reach Google hundreds of times. Their staff will time me that my issue was resolved or it will be resolved within 48 hours. I am thinking about trying BING instead since this a waste of my time. If the issue is not resolve within 24 hours. I will give up and try Bing or someone else.

      I have to go through a LENGTHY location verification process every time I want to watch Sunday ticket. Every time the csr reads there little prompt and says dont worry ************** together. Than the same thing happens next time.Yes Im on the same WiFi, yes locations are enabled for Cbrome, and for *********** Yes Ive logged out. Now they are telling me its because I use my one out of my home area. The later tell me I have to reinstall the app. How can a company this big have such an issue like this?

      LIGHTSKYE ENERGY was one of 3 hits I received from my request for information about *********** for my new home. The first company seemed extremely competent but wanted to load the project with nice to have but unnecessary system features.LIGHTSKYE was being represented by a knowledgeable competent individual named ***************************. ******* passed on the opportunity to bash the competition and just gave me the straight story about new installations with better made in the ************* right for my application.The cost savings over the competition is sizable with a better Engineered system than most companies have the resources to provide. All with industry leading warranties on equipment and installation.Thanks steering me in the right direction ******* and of course LIGHTSKYE.************************* in *********

      I Pre Ordered the a google pixel 15 days and 2 shipping delays later on the day the phone was supposed to ship phone was canceled "verification issues"3 days after cancelation google store started the processed the payment contacted google support hoping for an updated status, however I was told google support has no powers or abilities and the order remains sit canceled.All google support needs is the ability to close the sale and honor what was ordered. It's a simple business practice to fix poor coded automation issues by hand. But apparently the google store employees are unable to do any of that.All I wanted to do was order a phone

      Subscribed to ********** after being offered 30$ off the first 3 months. After being charged full price nobody tried to rectify the situation at all. **************** is horrible and I will be calling Better Business Bureau

      I keep reporting to Google about the chatroom ads that I have been receiving. These ads are border line ****...they advertise as beautiful women who want to chat about "anything" send pictures, etc. I am not interested in these ads and I have been sending report ads nonstop to them. I get several of these ads from one group a day and I really want it to stop. I have never visited any chat rooms so not sure where this is coming from. I also get lots of stupid ads that I usually just delete.Google is going overboard on stalking. If I could leave a zero rating I would, but have to have at least one star checked.

      This is more specifically about a service owned by google by the name of ******* who protects pedophiles and doxxers. Example 1: EDP, a sports fan who tried to meet up with not 1 but 2 minors irl just to be caught in a sting operation, people made a video about it to expose him, ******* took the videos down. And recently their response to ************ who doxxed a fellow creator to over 5million followers and asked for csem from not 1, not 2 but 3 minors and actually acquired it. *******'s response to her was to take away basically 1 paycheck from a multi millionare with over 23 million followers

      If I could give 0 stars, I would. they should have never bought ******** They are extremely biased and hypocritical. They say they will punish those who do harmful or unsavory things outside their platform, yet will allow certain creators do said things and only slap them on the wrist. They punish those that call them out on their c*** as well. Grow up and listen to the community.

      Google's customer support is so bad. It should be illegal to treat people so horribly and inhumanely. They need an external power to enforce a **************** Policy that is actually helpful. I've never had such horrible customer service. I've been working in ********************** Advertising for about 4 years, and the support gets worse every day.
