Had enough ,i am the owner of ****** corps llc . I moved the shop and office from my house to a new bigger facility and have over 200 calls, 160 emails with google as they are refusing to update the new address to ************************************************************************ I have supplied everything they have required and once i supply 1 thing they give me 7 more to supply. My company has had an online presence for 20 years and they know this but yet refuse to change it. Stating they cant verify the business.Ive supplied the new lease with the business name as well as mine on it.Ive supplied the articles of incorperation, my website has been on google for years, ******** linked in pintrist Instagram you name it.They still refuse to update even though they call me on the business phone number listed online. The stress google is causing over this is horrible. Something needs to be done.I have contacted the media as well as my attorney Why do people in other countries that dont even speak english get the right to dictate us in america.I have repeatedly asked both over the phone as well as in writing for a supervisor or someone who can assist eith this night.are and get refused everytime. Ive had enough and today one of my clients had informed me that all of the business reviews have been removed as well.I am no longer jumping through there hoops this needs to be fixed immediately. The address needs to be updated, the reviews put back and google needs to stop trying to play god with people.

In November of last year I bought the Google Pixel 7 pro. At first I was excited to get the phone but now after a year of use I realized this is the worst phone I have ever owned. Constantly in and out of service no matter where. I'm at. Receiving text messages days later than when they were sent and apps. Always having to restart and shut down. Highly recommend against this phone and would definitely recommend another type of Android or even an iPhone. **************** is of no help and when I bought the phone it was $1,000. Shortly after the phone had gone on sale through multiple different cell phone companies for sometimes even $400 cheaper than what I had bought it for just a couple months before. Would strongly suggest not getting a Google phone.

Im selling my home in one week and the buyers opted for Google fiber. They came out and cut my internet line. My company cant come to fix it until after we move out. Google denied all responsibility and said they wont offer any compensation or even expedite their install for us to use Google fiber in the interim. They said because the buyers, who do not own or live in the home, gave them permission, theyre not in the wrong. We are missing work, virtual therapy for my son, and he wont be able to complete his homework.

I purchased a Google Pixel 7 Pro in September and within a month, the screen started flickering green then bright flashes of white started coming across the screen. The phone then shuts off and I can't get it to turn on for a half hour or more. I can't use the phone for anything except receiving calls and even then, the phone shuts off within minutes if I'm still on the call.I have been going back and forth with Google customer service via email which is obviously located in another country as I only get responses in the early morning hours at about 3-4 a.m. CST. They keep telling me that I have to send my phone back to them and they will inspect it and then send me a different phone which could be a refurbished phone (valued at $300 less than what I paid for my new phone) and it will take at least 5-7 days to get another phone. I keep telling them that a refurbished phone is not acceptable and that I can NOT be without a phone for any amount of time. as I use this phone for work and my ******************************************************************************** the event of an emergency. Google expects ME to trust THEM with my phone, but they don't trust ME to return the defective phone once they send me a replacement. The customer service at ********************** is horrendous and their business practices are appalling. There a MANY customer complaints online about this same flickering issue and many have said they are on their 2nd and 3rd replacement phones due to this issue. Google needs to rectify this situation with these phones and not expect their customers to be inconvenienced due to the fault of Google.

Google Utube utilizes Google Pay and forces the subscriber to use this for a TV trial. Google Pay overrides cancellation of the transaction, even after you have cancelled on your card. Calling Google, Utube is worthless by phone. So, the buyer has to figure out how this is happening. It is amazingly difficult and I believe that Google Pay/UTube is taking in millions of fraudulent dollars as the average person has to spend hours on correction. I was just charged again and even though I cancelled the transactions 10 days before October 25th, it went though. My credit card company says it cannot help me.This company is dealing in fraudulent business practices.

******* is using backhanded criminal tactics to blackmail users to buy premium by blocking ads yet the ads they show are pornographic and not safe for children, even on you tube kids they appear as ads for sexual acts ads for a game that invoices stealing/robbing and carjacking NPCS just as grand thief auto or ads targeting voting and buying items that not related to the video they are shown on.they are trying to block ads which goes against what i believe is our rights to not see and then ban users for blocking ads. i believe the BBB should look into this disguising company and its practices.young children are seeing ads related to meeting people online and ads that include NSFW content and want us to pay for them to no longer be seen, yet not all of us can afford to pay for their scumbag services.

I bought a Google play card that can not be redeemed after repeated tries to get Google to provide the funds I paid for. Google does not have an easy-to-reach live chat to resolve such problems, I tried calling and e-mail repeatedly and they did not resolve it. Their setting pretends I am not in America. It already cost me more time and aggravation than the $25 I spent on the card. I also have difficulty with Google not allowing my own charge card for ~purchases over $50, and they also declined **** gift cards. They are being unreasonable and discriminatory.
