  Simply rediculous, not a live person to handle issues over the phone..i cant use the internet because google keeps redirecting me that nothing to do witj the problem..Google is what is wrong with this world, it is set up for minipulation and control along with *********

  To reach Google Support, you're required to have a Google email, which led me to create one for the sole purpose of contacting them. I then explained that my Nest equipment was associated with my Outlook email. After several minutes of back-and-forth, they insisted on verifying my Outlook email by directing me to a Google website at g.co/verify. Despite explaining repeatedly that this was not a Google account and the error in assuming otherwise, they couldn't grasp the situation and ultimately declared their inability to assist me.Over eight agonizing calls, I was bounced around between Google Store, Google Nest, and even ADT (who inexplicably answered and promptly hung up every time). In my final call to support, I had the unfortunate experience of being harassed by a support person who, when challenged, resorted to an entirely different voice. Thanks to my frequent transfers, I recognized that Google Store and Google Nest support have different hold music, and it remained consistent during the entire ordeal. This inconsistency enabled me to confront the support person, who then proceeded to remain silent for about five minutes before rudely asking if she could assist me and "transferring" me yet again. I was kept on hold for roughly 20 minutes until an individual who spoke at an agonizingly slow pace answered, without confirming their identity, department, or purpose. He then droned on, saying, "Whaaaaaaat iiiiiiiis yoooooourrrr prrrrroooobbbllleeeeeemmm" for 15 minutes, never verifying who he was or how he could help me. He simply read me news articles about Nest Guard before declaring there was nothing they could do and no one they could transfer me to, prompting me to hang ** in sheer exasperation.In conclusion, if you find yourself in a similar predicament, my advice is simple: don't waste your time. This experience has left me disillusioned with Google and its products.

  iv been 5 month trying to get ********** to quit double billing my debit card.we have tried to cancel the subscription by closing our debit cards at the bank and they took $79 two times 4 months in a row..there is no point of contact as they have no phone.my next step is to close our bank account and change all our direct deposits and bill pay. what a shame they take advantage of poor old people this way! hope someone can do something to stop this as there are millions of complaints on Google!!!

  Google ads offered me a free 500$ ads promotion. I signed up for it. They sent out a test 50$ charge. Then they charged me a second time. I tried calling them. Noone I talked to will fix it. I reported it as fraud to my bank. Then they sent me an email saying after their investigation I owe them the 50$ that I reported as fraud. I will no longer be using Google. I suggest everyone else do the same. There are other search engines out there, also there is Mapquest. Stay away from Google if you know what's good for you.

  Looked up a non-prescription drug and Google said my pharmacy had it and was selling it for $7.29 per box. Drove to pharmacy where they told me ad was a phony placed by Good;le without their consent and that item sold for **** per box - or $2.20 for the two boxes I was purchasing. I want Google to pay me that money plus $399 for the gallon of gas plus I want them to cease and desist from these practices - which cease and desist should be in writing.How Google does this, I do not know -but they cannot be allowed to get away with it.

  Google Ads did not lay out the terms for purchasing advertising, then stuck me with enormous bills, and when I tried to cancel and file a complaint, they made it impossible! I emailed, I called, I chatted, and I still could not cancel the account. I shut down my PayPal so that they couldn't access my money any longer, and they kept the account running and accruing charges. Now they're sending me emails saying that the remaining balance is going into collections! I am a small business owner and NEVER would have signed up to spend the money they have charged me. This is a true scam.

  Google Fi is a scam. I have been trying to get my phone fixed for two months. I cannot use the phone right now. Their "customer support" team runs you around in circles asking you to repeat the same steps with no resolution. They refuse to replace the phone but require payments still or they will stop talking to you. If you value your money and/or sanity dont sign with them. This incident is after I had to jump through hoops just to get someone to talk to because if you use your computer the system never connects. But if you use your phone the system refuses to reconnect for 24 hours when they inevitably ask for you to restart your phone. They refuse to give any credit for the account which is effectively stealing my money since they are not providing the services I am supposed to be paying for.

  google removed it cause google is a scam and scammers get caught if you search the image and find out where to contact the fake image and report also people look for killers pictures and you would be able to find them through like ******** pictures now you can't google is going to get exploded they think that the bad guys scared them but they are are going to get the whole world wrath instead criminals belong in jail for a reason google will be locked up with there own employees all.
