      The amount of data and tracking they do on an individual person is invasive and should be against the law. Given children have phones and use the apps from on the service Google is tracking children and storing THEIR data without any permissions of a parent or guardian.

      ******* is violating my free speech. While these guys DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about videos that promote hate, colonialism, and targets a race. They seem to have ALL the free time to monitor and flag comments that state true facts.They keep showing the annoying pop up regarding a comment that was removed. However, THERE IS NO ****** DETAIL BEHIND THE COMMENT OR EVEN A TRACE OF WHAT IT WAS IN REFERENCE TO!!!!******* is a SHAME on free speech and abuses its authority. Request BBB to file a strong complaint against this firm and Google the parent company! My rating is 0/5 stars.

      Service does not exist at google. It is impossible to talk to someone. They claim you can phone or email but it is not true. Their system just wastes your time making you do their work running you around in circles. Then on permanent hold. . No company should be allowed to exist without the ability to speak with a live person. They are a horrible company who doesnt give a st. Dont use them if you can avoid it.

      I think that Google has been fraudulently closing pro people's payments profile when they redeem credit above $40 . Anything under seems ok but over that $40 they immediately s*** down your payments profile and decline all the purchases you try making. Google is nothing but a company of scams. They take from people off small means. $100 is a significant amount of money to me as I'm on disability. I got a $100 Google Play gift card from a rewards company. I was able to redeem it to my account with no problem but as soon as I tried to make an in app purchase it was declined and my payments profile was suspended. I managed to reopen my payments profile but when I tried to make another purchase with my pay balance they suspended my payments profile again. This is the third time within two accounts that this has happened to me. It is ridiculous, they actually say in their privacy statement or one of their statements that they can suspend or close and payments profile for any reason they seem for to do so. Scam or not? You tell me

      Tried to sign up for YoutubeTV, what a joke!! Our house is 3 levels so we have a wifi extender and after signing up and paying for *** Sunday ticket I tried to activate on TV which I had to verify thru my Ipad and even did on my Iphone. It successfully downloaded on phone and Ipad but would never sync with the *** After call to tech support the gentleman told me I had to call a different tech support for YoutubeTV well I went to the site I was told, could never find a number to call, So I called the first tech support number again and I called 23 times and every time it would answer and then hang up or would sometimes go to busy signal, after wasting about an hour and half with this c*** I cancelled service. After calming down today I called back the number I had and after finally reaching someone they told me they could fix the problem for $170.00. I told them I am trying to sign up for your service and you have to charge me to purchase your service. Now I can see why there rating is ****, The greedy *** just cares about the mighty dollar and Google outbid Directv this time. So if you want to watch the *** you have to sign up with YoutubeTV , ************ customer service is the bottom of the barrel, Would be a zero rating if allowed

      No customer support or tech support. False information about 24/7 support. Options have been grayed out. Only dump you to an online read to figure out. Phone replacements are fraudulent. They lie about shipping times, blame assurant; assurant blames Google. The tactic is used to charge their customers for replacement phones not agreed upon. They refuse to send out shipping label on purpose to facilitate the charges. This has gone on for months with emails, calls, and chats to attempt solution. No appropriate resolutions because they lack customer service. It is fraudulent to say you have support 24/7 when you do not. It is fraudulent to lie about shipping and then to use against a customer to add charges. This on top of using data and violating data privacy. This is a big gatekeeper....

      I had Google fiber for years and when I finally moved and had to get my Google fiber disconnected they inform me that I had to wait 3 days to get an email that would allow me to return it at ***** that was on July 5th 2023 they then went into my account and took payment for the month of August 2023 when I called to ask them why they had took payment they said because I hadn't returned the equipment so I returned the equipment now they're trying to tell me that they gave me a refund in August but according to my bank statement they refunded my money and then took it right back out the same day now they're acting like they don't want to pay me the money that's due to me for the two months July and August

      I bought a pre paid sim with one month validity from Best Buy. I activated and used the sim they charged my credit card even it was a prepaid sim. So I end ** in paying $ 65 + $ 75 = $ 140. For 1 month. If I didnt buy pre paid sim I would have to pay for only days used. This is double billing. Cheating by Google!!!

      horrible. i traded in my phone, with a deal that said they would pay off/ offer money back on my old phone. they did not. they also kept charging me for my old phones protection plan, even though THEY HAD IT and i didnt, nor was using it. currently on hold. was simply told that it was my fault for not canceling the protection plan when i traded my old phone in. my new phone drops calls, has porr service. i have to restart atleast every two days for it to even remotely work corectly. they are offering to refund me the money for the next three months AFTER i pay them- but not for the past year. DO NOT sign up with google fi. they are simply crooks.
