    This company attempts to delay your opt-out requests by 2-3 weeks (when others comply immediately) and then doesnt honor them. Filed many many opt-out requests, as well as Remove my personal information requests. All fail to get honored.

    great customer service - maybe on par with spokeo. AI has a improved but not one exact match.the traditional way might have been good but nothing i w take oudnt find else where. refund isnt possible so take the 12 odd dollars and have drink

    Social Catfish is a great service and a wonderful resource! It's great for me to just know they are there, even if I'm not a member at the time. They have great videos on YouTube also!! I've learned a great deal from them, and I'm very grateful for all the information!!

    I was serviced by a young lady named Rej. Her customer service was professional, informative and very helpful. Rej assisted me in identify the person I was communicating with was indeed an imposter. I had a feeling something was not right but still operating off of my emotions. I could no longer ignore the red flags and sought assistance with Social Catfish. Social Catfish identified the various profiles using the picture I uploaded. Thank you Social Catfish for a job well done!
