    Erin was very sweet and she checked my account and was able to see that I had called in to cancel my account, so she honored that and we are all set. I will be signing up again, but I am taking a break from the online "dating" for a while and just won't need it right now. She is very friendly and professional!!

    I have used Social Catfish in the past , so I was confidant in the professionalism of using their services again.
    This time, I just wanted to sign up for the 3 day trial to use reverse images. I didn't find anything, but I think perhaps the "real" person may be a new victim of catfishing. I thought I cancelled, but believed I may not have done it correctly so I called. When your customer service rep returned my call, I was amazed that she took care of a refund)cancellation without me asking for one. This really impressed me and further confirmed to me that your business is really about helping people stay safe. In this day of technology with people who are so willing to scam others, it's important for your service to be utilized. I've told my other friends who have met someone online to use your services immediately.
    Trust is something we can no longer take for granted.
    So, again, thank you for your responses to my calls and concerns. Keep up the great work!!
