I purchased 3 filters on 2/12025. I have yet to receive them. I have emailed the company multiple times and just got a response on 3/8/2025 saying they are working on my order. I still have yet to receive product. I have called the phone number multiple times and just get a recording. Is this a scam???Business Response

I ordered 6 pet dander plug-in filters from an ad on ******** from Clarifion in late January 2025. It was paid through ******. I heard nothing from them for over a month so I tried to contact them to learn the status. My email was rejected so I left a voicemail since no one answers their posted #. Still nothing so I filed a claim with ******. I posted a comment on their FB ad and noticed a number of other people making the same claim I did - they took $$$ and no further contact or product. They never responded to my emails or phone call but they contacted me via FB direct message as a result of my public complaint (copies attached). They said it was out of stock so I said CANCEL and REFUND. Their response was first to offer 30% off if I did not cancel but I declined. Then they said, oops, it shipped, you can decline and return and they will refund. The tracking number provided stated for 2 weeks that there was no shipment. I went back to ****** who gave them time to ship despite the fact I canceled. All of a sudden a plastic bag showed up on my porch from a ***** Ysfbara in ** with the tracking # provided, not a company called Clarifion. I returned it to **** and advised I did not know this person. I researched this name and found numerous fraud complaints including BBB.Business Response

I purchased the air purifier on January ******* at checkout it stated that I would receive my order in 8-14 days. Beginning day 21 I started emailing the customer service department asking for any information regarding my order as well as any tracking information. I have sent 4 emails with no response at all. Today is day 35 and I still havent had any response at all. However they have emailed me to purchase more of their products, as well as how to use the product I ordered and havent received. Their customer service department is non-existent and I am seeking help in getting my $128.15 back for the 3 units and replacement bulbs I ordered in January.Business Response

Ordered 1/29/25. Payment of $123.41 taken from my bank 1/30/25 and email confirmation sent to me. On 2/14 I contacted clarifion for status. Told they have huge backorder. By3/3/25 receiving frequent emails from business advertising other items to buy. And they now advertise on ****** for quick delivery! Tried calling their #************ for several days now. I purchased 3 items from this company on 2/06/25. They send an email confirming my order and took the money from my account the same day. I have heard ABSOLLUTELY NOTHING from them since.. except to give me ******** reasons as to why they have not shipped my items.....4 TIMES. 2 of the 4 times their response was exactly the same email answer. I am writing to formally file a complaint against Clarifion regarding two defective Clarifion Ionizers, that I purchased on Dec 16, 2024. Upon receiving the devices (3 ********************** ODRxs = $95.91 & 1Clarifion ODRx =$39.97 ) , I immediately noticed that the blue indicator lights on both units never turned on, signaling that they were non-functional "straight out of the box".I promptly reached out to Clarifions customer support by phone, chat, and email to request a full refund and a return RMA# for the 2 defective devices. However, instead of providing a satisfactory resolution, the company responded with a single email deflecting responsibility back to me. Their response suggested that I should attempt cleaning the brand-new devices and try plugging them into different outlets. Additionally, their email explicitly stated:You can try to plug the unit into another socket. If the blue light will not turn on, it means that the device needs to be replaced.This response acknowledges that the devices are defective yet fails to offer any resolution, replacement, or refund as per consumer rights. Despite multiple attempts to follow up, I have not received any further communication or assistance from Clarifion regarding this issue.I am requesting the BBB to intervene in this matter and assist in holding Clarifion accountable for their defective products and poor customer service. I seek a full refund for both defective ionizers and expect the company to adhere to fair business practices by properly addressing customer concerns.I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your assistance in resolving this issue.
