I placed my order on January 17, 2025. I received an email stating they received my order. My credit card was charged $174.03.I sent two emails requesting a status on my order or a tracking number.I received an email on February 15th stating it takes 3-5 business days to process the order and they will contact me and provide a tracking number once its shipped. Ordered online 1/15/25 Received 1/29/25 Client no longer wants after reading reviews of company, product, and lack of BBB support. Emailed company 2/10/25 re return. They offered a 30% discount to keep it or full return.I responded next day wanting a refund. No contact from them since regarding return process. I'm being charged for 5 pack filters that I have did not order. The ad said filters for 9.00. I thought that was for the whole package and not individually. I purchased 3 Clarifions on 11/14/24 which were delivered on 11/25/24. I started using them the following day. So far, they have been plugged in 1 month and 12 days and are showing no signs that they are working. The instructions say to clean them every ***** days. Mine have been in there for over a month, and I dont see anything to clean. So, I called the company, and told them the same thing. They told me if the blue light is on, that it is working. That does not make any sense to me at all. Theres no other proof that its working because theres no way to take it apart and no container to clean out, replace or whatever. All the blue light is doing for me is making my electric go up. Anybody can make a gadget like that, sell it for money online, and buyers wouldnt know the difference - just tell customers if the light is on, its working and get away with it. On top of that, they told me they would not issue a refund because it was past the 30 days. Im freaking MAD. I want my refund. These people are nothing but liars, and it is a scam.Business Response

I installed them per the instructions and there is no way to prove to me that they are working, other than telling me that if the blue light is on, then they are working. Troubleshooting cant prove anything to me either because the blue light will come on no matter what outlet you use. Anyone can put together a gadget to make a blue light come on that does not open and sell it for a lot of money and rip people off. You are feeding me a bunch of bull, and you are lying through your teeth. I demand a refund for these 3 pieces of garbage.Business Response

I bought 6 clarion air purifiers in October 2023. They were to work for 3 years. Ive done everything they suggest and one just refuses to work.
