    I did not get the shirt I ordered due to production issues; however, ****** was so responsive throughout the wait and credited my account right away when I finally decided the wait was too long

    Buyer Beware:I placed an order on May 6, 2025, for a hoodie and baseball cap featuring the CHEWY CATT logo. Today is June 13, and I have yet to receive my items. Despite clearly advertised delivery by May 27, nothing has arrivedand the experience since has been appalling.Amaze Holdings Co LLC not only failed to deliver within a reasonable time frame, but their customer service has been dismissive, unhelpful, and at times outright rude. Promised refunds never came. After six full weeks, Im left without my order, without my money, and with zero accountability from the company.This level of negligence is unacceptable in any eralet alone today. It's no surprise they are not BBB accredited and have already racked up 76 complaints.Avoid Amaze Holdings Co LLC at all costs. Spend your money with businesses that value their customers and deliver what they promise.

    Im very unhappy with Springs service. I placed an order for some samples and waited patiently to receive my shipping confirmation. Its 3 weeks later and I still havent received my items. When I contact support they ensure me that the items will be shipped but cant provide details as to when. Im over it. I will never patronize this company again.

    I ordered shirts and a tumbler from *********** rescue. This was over three months ago. They claim they will get back to you within 24 hours. Thats a joke! I had received one shirt previously, so I figured this would be a safe plan. Dont buy from them! I will also be leaving a review for *********** since this link is on their site.

    I've ordered from Spring before and I've always received quality items and I will purchase from them again. My kiddo ordered a poster in March and the status has shown 'in production' since March 17, 2025. Today, I chatted with ***** F and their customer service could not have been better. I totally understand the nature of ordering from Spring. I understand production takes a while and things can get backed up. I know it will be a quality product worth waiting for. In perspective, I know we expect our purchases right away, but this is a poster and I don't doubt they are doing the best that they can. My past experiences have been outstanding and I am not upset by this hiccup. I will purchase from them again and in chatting with ***** today, I know there are great people like ***** doing the best they can. They apologized profusely and I certainly wasn't upset at the delay at all. I know my kiddo will be excited to receive the item and we will look forward to getting it. Great customer service!

    I have an order out from 3 years ago that never got fulfilled and they refuse to refund so they are "replacing that order". I have yet to get it 3 months later.I ordered 2 other shirts from content creators without realizing it was the same company. That was at the beginning of February and I have no update on when my order will be made or delivered. I have talked to customer service several times but they stopped responding to me. Its been almost 4 months I am owed several shirts and haven't received any of them. I haven't received any updates either. I will not be doing business with Spring or Amaze Holdings at all in the future. Whether it be to distribute my shirts or to get personal items.***** Coul

    Tried to set up a Print on Demand Ecommerce store through Spring/Teespring. I ordered samples March 24th 2025. I reached out several times for updates as I was expected to get all products by April 10th according to Teespring. I finally canceled and requested a refund on April 22nd 2025. Here we are on May 1st and I have yet to get a refund OR my order.I keep getting BS emails that they're working on it or my refund has been escalated for review. They blame the delays in production and service on "an unexpected influx of orders late January 2025" 3 months ago!! What does this company do for the actual busy times of Fall/Christmas seasons. This company needs to be forced to give people what is theirs and then shut down for good! Whether on purpose or not, this site is an absolute scam!

    Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Spring due to unsatisfactory experiences characterized by significant delays and a lack of communication that have deeply affected my business ************* a content creator who frequently markets merchandise aligned with the events I host, I rely heavily on the efficiency of my suppliers to maintain a seamless purchasing process for my clients. Unfortunately, my recent experiences with Spring have been far from satisfactory, prompting me to escalate the matter for your ************ late 2024, just before the December holiday season, I launched some promotional items through Spring. It took them over five weeks to deliver my orders, with one item still outstanding. This delay severely impacted my ability to deliver on my promises and affected the trust my clients place in me.Hoping the previous experience was an anomaly, I placed another order in February 2025 for an event scheduled in early April. Today is April 22, 2025, and I am yet to receive my merchandise. The company has attributed these delays to vendor issues, which does not align with the high-end drop shipping services they claim to provide.Compounding my frustration, I requested a refund on April 8, 2025, and was assured a response within 48 hoursa promise that was not fulfilled. Despite my follow-up on April 21, 2025, the company's only response was yet another generic assurance that someone would contact me within 24 hours, a commitment still unmet.This ongoing disorganization, lack of communication, and misleading advertisement of service capabilities have left me thoroughly dissatisfied. I have invested over $200.00 in merchandise and am now left uncertain about the recovery of my ******** is my hope that the Better Business Bureau will take action to address these issues with Spring, thereby discouraging other businesses from experiencing similar inconveniences and financial uncertainties.

    I should have known it was a scam with an order number like 01JQT7TP13B2EDG1Q448DY1WC2536a. Like others said on here, they don't have the items they are selling and just keep people's money for as long as possible.

    Their Teespring service lies about how long it takes to print a Tshirt. I have waited for almost a month and the shirt is "still in production". Their site claims to give you a tracking number within 10 business days of ordering. Their service is rude and I have been wating almost two weeks for a refund. They have also told me NOT to follow up with them at all. They should not be used and they should have a better way to request a refund rather than just an email chain. The refund is not trackable.
