    I ordered a sweatshirt and the size was XL and I realized it was probably going to be too small and notified the company and they got back to be immediately and changed the size to 2XL. **************** was on point.Thank you so much!*****

    Bought a Hocking Hills ******* off their Spring website, and it was a complete disaster. The had the most incompetent printers ever. They sent the shirt twice and both times it didnt look anything like the ad on their website, Then even though the issue was never resolved, they just decided to ignore the rest of my requests for help. Truly awful customer service.

    I made the mistake and ordered two of the same poster. Right from the beginning, the customer service has been wonderful. ****** kept me informed with easy and concise instructions. Also, the response was always very quick. Often when you have a problem with a company you swear youll never use them again. I would have absolutely no qualms about ordering from them again. ****** made the process stress free. Best customer service Ive had in a very long time!
