    I am absolutely delighted with my purchase! I ordered it as a Christmas gift for my daughter and it is so perfect, that I actually want to travel the 400 miles to give it to her, just to see the look on her face when she opens it!The picture was extensively packaged so arrived safely. As an added bonus, it is ready to hang-a frame would detract from its perfection. Every year, I wrack my brain trying to find the perfect gift, and this is it! Thank you so very much!!

    I placed an order for 6 kids t-shirts on August 3. These tshirts were for a family reunion that we were going on in mid-August. TeeSpring estimated the t-shirts would arrive by August 15, before we left.Come August 15th, the t-shirts were still stuck in "Processing" - TeeSpring is absolutely useless as they have no idea what is going on in their own company and could not explain why the t-shirts were delayed. I sent countless emails but they responded with the same useless replies offering no insight whatsoever.Needless to say we went on the family trip without the t-shirts and because they couldn't offer any explanation or replacement, they ruined a family moment.The t-shirts finally arrived on SEPTEMBER 3rd, weeks after we returned.Stay away from these morons.

    Worst customer service and platform I have experienced in a long time. My husband had opened a Teespring account and invited me as a contributor so that I could connect his domain name (I'm a web designer). That should have been an easy process not taking more than 10 minutes. Instead it was marred with technical problems and after five days I am still not able to join his account. **************** took three days to respond and then ghosted me and never resolved the issue. As a web designer I found their platform UI (User Interface) to be very glitchy and full of errors. Oh, and there is no easy way to delete my account, either, I had to email them to close my account and have yet to receive a response. I would certainly not trust this company to process any financial transactions, and if you run into problems good luck with getting them resolved, their customer service is terrible.
