    *****This company preys on people using fear tactics and then - they make it insanely difficult to cancel the policy.There's no way to get an actual person when calling their "customer service" to cancel the policy. They use an AI robot + you have to leave your personal information on a recording + they say they'll call you back - which they may do or may not do. But if/when they do - they will talk circles around you + give you assignments to do (such as emailing them documents) in order to cancel the policy - ABSOLUTELY INSANE.THEY WILL DO ANYTHING - ANY THING - TO KEEP YOUR MONEY. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

    For anyone reading these reviews, this company operates out of integrity. They hire people to post positive reviews, so be sure to filter through those to get to the real ones. They post responses that are gaslighting responses - it's truly unnerving, but I'm not going to participate. This response to my review is a total gaslight - 100%. They abused my mother for two solid weeks before I got her bank involved - that's the only thing that solved it. They prey on people's fear, particularly the elderly. I learned this from reading others' reviews here on BBB. It baffles me as to how these employees (let alone the management/owners) can even live with themselves.

    First and foremost, we take these matters very seriously, and it is never our intention to cause harm or distress to our clients, especially vulnerable individuals. We are committed to providing respectful and transparent service. We want to clarify that our response was never intended to be gaslighting. We genuinely tried to assist in resolving your concerns. Looking at your mothers file, we only spoke with her once, and after that, you continued to reach out to our customer service team, often speaking in an abusive manner, yelling, cursing, and making demanding requests. When you informed us that you were your mothers Power of Attorney due to health issues, multiple agents kindly advised you to submit the necessary documentation so we could further assist you. Unfortunately, we never received those documents, which prevented us from moving forward with her case. As a result, we have refunded the amount to your account to ensure your concerns were addressed fairly.We want to emphasize that we do not prey on anyone. We serve customers of all ages and are dedicated to assisting everyone in the best way possible. In this instance, we were genuinely trying to help with the request, but we kindly asked that the necessary steps be followed to ensure we could provide the best assistance. Additionally, I want to assure you and everyone reading this that all reviews, both positive and negative, come from verified customers. We are a legitimate company, and we do not pay for or encourage fabricated reviews.     More gaslighting. Not surprising. Not only did you not refund my mother's money after multiple calls by both my mother and myself - you (may or may not have, I don't know) "refunded" it because her bank contacted you regarding the issue having catagorized your behavior with her as FRAUD. In fact, her bank - one of the biggest banks in the ** (which I'll mention in my next comment if you keep harassing me) - considers your company to operate fraudulently. That's a fact, that's what they have told me. And, they're not the only ones. Anyone can ****** your company and find more information on that. Once the bank was involved, it was out of our hands, so we don't know what you did or did not do. That's actually, precisely what happened and the ONLY and ACTUAL way this issue was resolved. For those of reading this unfortunate drama - do not be fooled. This company/representative is absolutely gaslighting and will continue to do so because their fiscal bottom line depends on it. Full ******* terms of how many times they spoke with my 88.5 yr old mommy (who has the beginning stages of dementia) - oh, probably 5 or 6 times, not only one time, my goodness. For this person/company to say that - is an outright LIE. More gaslighting. One of the times she spoke with them (to try to resolve this issue), they put her on hold for almost two hours(!). The person never even came back to her. They just left her hanging. Who does that? To an 88.5 yr old woman with dementia? I'll tell you who does it - a company who preys on people, no matter who, no matter the cost. Mindblowing. Heartbreaking. In terms of my personal contact with this organization - they repeatedly dismissed me, passed me from person to person, gave me inordinately long wait times, made it impossible to speak with someone who could actually work with me to solve the issue (if they even have such a person?), and then - when finally, I did make contact with someone (who admittedly couldn't solve the issue) - insisted on giving me hoops to jump through (like emailing, calling in other alternate phone numbers, waiting for someone else to call me back, etc) in order to perhaps move to the "next step" of "possibly" solving the issue. Never any guarantee, never offering any clarity. And certainly never any compassion (not that a company needs to do that. But when you say you offer "customer care contact", I mean..) In fact, this one woman I finally(!) spoke with indicated that her mother had dementia as well - was shockingly rude (I thought I had at least maybe made an actual connection with someone, but alas..) - she started yelling at me, saying she couldn't do anything even though my mother had dementia and I was calling on her behalf and there was no one I could speak with to solve this, I had to call back, email in, wait for a return phone call, etc - so I then matched her energy and raised my voice, all the while knowing she had zero intention of solving the issue. Insanity. Trust me gang - you DO NOT want to engage with this unscrupulus company. You will be SO VERY UNHAPPY if you do. I promise you.
