    I just like to say I called in with questions and I had to leave my number to get a call back . ******* call me back in seems likes in seconds I was very surprised and happy to get a return call back that fast, Mr. ******* answered every question I had , also explained in detail so I could understand . When you dealing with people in customer service like ******* it makes life just little bit easier. He has the best customer service I have ever dealt with. He should be the poster child for Home Warranty Service.

    Srta. ******** de departamento de reclamos fue muy ruda al tomar mi reclamo y negarlo sin estudiar mejor mi reclamo , no acept que le enviara fotografias para ver donde fue el dao (tuberia que alimenta de agua al heater water a menos de 5 pulgadas del equido por donde tiene su entrada de agua ). La ubicacin del equipo est all en un cuarto adjunto de el garage desde que se construy la casa y dijo que no era vlida, cosa absurda porque asi se construy y asi la compr. Las preguntas que me hizo marcaban una negativa , una malicia constante o predisposicin hacia mi reclamo , como esperando algo para negarme el caso. Su tono en momentos fue hostil. No tiene un buen trato con clientes. Me retiro de su compaa por *** razn y porque se neg a la posibilidad de evaluarlo de manera objetiva, con pruebas o imgenes que yo pude enviarles y por su falta de cooperacin a un cliente. Perder un cliente por los proximos casi 3 aos, por algo tan insignificante me parece un error.Con respecto a la srta. ****** de customer service no tengo ******, me escuch con educacin y cuidado y me dio un trato respetuoso. A **** si la felicito (a ******)

    0 Stars it made me choose 1. I am within 30 days to cancel and have my money refunded. I called them and the lady that answered refused to give me a refund. Saying I had to wait 10 business days for a policy packet to arrive before I could cancel. I do no want to wait I want it canceled now. I asked for a supervisor and was told no one is there except her. So again I asked her to cancel. She continued to say I can not cancel until I receive the packet. The packet wont change my decision. I just want to cancel. She then became rude and I became very frustrated as she spoke in circles about me not being able to cancel. So not only do I want to cancel because I don't want their service, now I want to cancel because I do not want to do business with some one like the lady I spoke with. She then hung up on me and blocked and ignored my phone calls. So now I cant even call the service number back. I have to find another way to get a hold of them to cancel my service. I am within 30 days to do so... seems like they are fighting me and refusing.

    This company cold calls people and makes you think that you have a warranty that is expiring when you don't even have one. They dont tell you what property they're calling about. This is all a scam. Run away, they are trying to get people to sign up for warranties for property you dont even own!
