It was a pleasure to do business with Rubi this evening especially with having a hectic day overall. With ****, I was able to get through the process of paying my bill without added frustration to my day. Her approach calmed the process which at times can be frustrating due to my recent account activity had to deal with fraudulent mischief on my account. Thank goodness for people like ****.
