      Bought a chair from them and one of the pieces wasn't properly manufacturered. They provided a full replacement for the entire chair even though I just needed this one part. I guess for them this was the best way for them to address my issue. Couldn't be happier.

      I purchased an umbrella that arrived promptly. The quality of the material is amazing. Sadly, the box came damaged, and the solar portion of the umbrella was missing. I contacted the seller, and they were happy to send me an entirely new umbrella free of charge and didn't require me to send back the other one. The new umbrella arrived within a few days and is beautiful and works perfectly. This company was wonderful to work with I can't thank then enough. I highly recommend this company.

      All I can say is that this company is absolutely phenomenal at taking care of its customers! I had an issue with some tables that came with my chairs that I ordered, and they went out of their way to help me. I received two new chairs to fix my problem and am so grateful. I will be a lifelong customer and look forward to more ********************** being placed in and around my home from them! Best experience I've ever had from a company fixing an issue, bless you best choice!!

      This company is incredible with their customer service. I reached out through their chat function when parts were missing for an umbrella. I ordered from ******. We did some troubleshooting and after a while, they came back telling me that they couldnt send parts. Theyre just gonna send a whole new umbrella. Far more than I expected. You cant beat that!

      Purchased adjustable bed frame and 14" queen mattress. Arrive quickly and so easy to assemble. Very pleased so far with both items. Cannot beat their prices on these items. Better than my Sleep Number bed. Highly recommend.

      I bought a nice little wagon from this company. It is open so that it doesnt hold water. It was just what I needed. It is all metal and great. I did get one that had a hole in the box from shipping. It was also missing the rear wheel struts. I contacted the seller and they were oh so nice. They checked to know which parts were missing and knew exactly which it was. I told them my problem. They knew which parts were missing. They chose to send me a new wagon and I was told to keep the one I had in case I needed other parts. It was so nice of them to do that. Yes I do recommend this company. Great people.
