      I made a purchase online and the very next day I got an email about a big sale. In this sale was the very item I purchased the day before only now it was $20 cheaper. I contacted BCP and via email and within 24 hours I got a response. My email was forwarded to the proper department. 24 hours later I was refunded the $20 to match the sales price. I am very pleased with BCP **************** and the treatment I received from them.

      I had a problem with a ride on car I ordered that was resolved beyond expectation. I ordered it very early to avoid shipping problems to give as a birthday present. When finally used the battery would not hold a charge. I was outside of the 60 day warranty by a week but they still took care of the warranty. I was very pleased with the way my issue was handled and would definitely purchase from them again.

The 2 experiences I have had with Best Choice Products exemplifies ******************** Two Excellent representatives were Jaubrey and ***************! They took a genuine concern, and were kind and caring. You can purchase these chairs anywhere but to find Terrific customer service I have received is rare! Thank you so much! I look forward to many purchases in the future! ??

      Amazing company. I bought an outside expensive swing and the sun shade canopy broke after a year only and it was worthless with the burning sun shining on us or my kids and I asked customer service if I could purchase just the top part which they do not sell individually and they decided to send an entire swing replacement and did not bother with the hassle of asking for the other back. It came 5 days later. Multiple things we have are BCP and I would recommend.

      Im satisfied customer with best **********************. They did a great a job and Im really happy . They know how to take of there customers. When I had a situation with my package they help me right away and I appreciate every person that help me there was a nice.

      i had a issue with a damaged item and the company handled the problem immediately and sent me a new item with in three days.can not get better thain that===
