      We bought 2 of the electric jeep for toddlers for our twins. One installed perfect, but the other had an issue and we had to contact support. They had a new one shipped over night to get to us in time for our childs birthday. Thank you!

      I purchased two children's bumper cars. The ******** did not work. I called customer service, expecting them to say they would send new chargers. **************** was great, she said they would send two new bumper cars! The cars came within four days and work wonderfully!

      Purchased a patio umbrella from Best Choice Products through ***** on sale. A week later, the original price is now cheaper than the sale price. I called Macys and Best Choice Products only to be given the we cant do a price adjustment, you have to call the other. So unethical business practices and bad customer serviceall for an issue of a couple of dollars that could easily be fixed but instead theyd all rather lose a customer

      Best Choice Products went above and beyond to take care of a problem I had with a dining chair. The problem was my fault not theirs. I contacted customer service. All representatives were polite, professional and helpful. We love the dining set and will purchase other products. Great customer service.

      Quality and integrity is my experience with Best Choice Products. The console table is of high quality and easy to assemble. My table had a split on one of the legs. I called *** and spoke with ****. **** did not hesitate to replace the table with a new table at no cost and expedited delivery. *** is a wonderful business. Thank you!

      I had a problem with a set of chairs. They were a poor quality, and I was 5 days past the warranty. **************** is great. They have arranged a full refund, and I don't even have to return them. The chairs went the way of the trash can. Since their customer service was Excellent, I will look for Best Choice products in the future!
