      I contacted them and asked for help regarding a product I purchased. The problem was one hundred percent my doing. They took care of it, sent me a replacement part. He was professional, helpful and knows their products very well. Will buy from them again. They are a good company to buy from.

      The representatives were kind, patient, knowledgeable and got the job done! I will definitely feel comfortable doing business with *** again! I realized I'd misunderstood the measurements of a couch I was purchasing, and they were so patient, telling me how to turn things around and was given full refund.

      I am 84 year old ************** is 82. We put our new Best Choice swing part only together with real clear instructions, even with one eye patched for me.Then we're going to do install the AFrame another day In a hurry to gather the frame parts, bolts etc to stow them, I lost the install instructions.Knowing only the name BCP on the box I found their website, sent an email asking for a print or *** install ********** an immediate reply the next day with the *** of the instructions.WHAT A COMPANY, & HOW STURDY A SWING, LOVE IT, & THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE????????**** in Mobile *******

      The customer service representative I worked with was very good - patient and focused on resolving my issue. The issue I had was receipt of a damaged cube storage unit. Best Choice Products does not offer replacement parts. Instead they offered a partial refund after I was able to substantiate the damage claim. The whole process was straight forward. I was told the credit would be received within 5 days. The credit was processed and applied quickly. I wouldve preferred a replacement parts and returning the item was not an option as the storage unit was a gift for an out of state recipient. I had to make other arrangements with this recipient to make the gift right.
