      I ordered a Christmas yard decoration from bcp last year and was delighted with it!My second order, a sewing desk, arrived in a box that was slightly damaged in shipping ******** I unpacked the box and scanned the items to check for damage but failed to notice one small part missing. After nearly finishing assembly of the desk, I realized I was short that one small part which probably escaped from the damaged box. I immediately went to the bcp website to request a replacement of the part. I received a prompt reply to let me know a customer service representative would respond as soon as possible. The next morning (Sunday), I had a reply. They apologized for the inconvenience and offered to replace the entire desk free of charge (without having to return the original item) or I could choose a 25% discount to be refunded to my payment account. I chose the refund because the desk works without the missing part and I didn't really want to assemble another desk. Now that's customer service! Will definitely order from bcp in the future.

      **************** was very understanding. I didn't really have many options but they went above and beyond to help me and make sure I was satisfied. They were very quick to help. Will definitely be buying from their website again.

      Awful, cheap products. Terrible customer service. Tried to return to ******** then sent to Best Choice, who told me to go back to ******** where they refused. In the end, they offered me 25% discount off of the $100 umbrella that snapped in half within two months of use. Very cheap products with no product protection.

      What a great set. Scored with this big time. Comfortable and put together rather easy though I'd say 2 hours rather than 90 minutes so you can check.all the screws already assembled are tight. Can't believe they fit it all in 3 boxes. Would definitely recommend. Comfy and looks great in our gazebo. Also ship time was unbelievable!

      I had a problem with an umbrella I had purchased only a few weeks earlier, and they promptly sent a replacement. This is the 2nd item I've purchased, and I've been very happy with the quality of products and excellent customer experience.
