      This website sells plug-ins and scrips for Adobe programs. They require a ton of data and access to your computer including downloading their app to register the products and allowing it access to your mac's terminal. Their customer service only links you back to their FAQ and all of their help videos are outdated. Be warned of this company because they over promise and under deliver then don't help you with questions about that. Also the hoops they ask you to go through are very suspect.

      I believe the guest has mistaken Chipotle Mexican Grill for another company. We do not sell plug-ins or scripts for Adobe programs.

      I went to Chipotle last night to pick up dinner. When I arrived home I realized I was charged for an item I did order, or receive. I attempted to call the store three times, but their phone was not in service. I went back to the store today. I was initially told they would have to review the tapes. The mgr. then came back out and said because I didn't resolve it last night, I would have to call corporate. I explained and showed him my phone, where I did try to resolve it the night of the purchase. I was told I still had to call corporate. I called corporate from the parking lot and was told I had to email them a copy of my receipt for them to research the purchase and get back to me. All of this for $7.80. I am so disappointed in them. If my money is not refunded I will never step back into another Chipotle.

      Worst place to eat in ***************. You only get an half spoon of each topping, you have to pay extra to get the original serving you should have gotten with regular price. And please dont ******** and ask for extra you will be getting less food period.

      In the past few years I have visited this location of Chipotle on ************. in Newbury Park on 7 occasions and on each one the food counter was filthy and the food was cross contaminated. Each time I have asked that the counter be cleaned before preparing my food and that sour cream for my order come from a fresh supply due to the visible signs of other food in with the sour cream. Today I did not even get that far as to complete my order because I was treated so rudely by the manager ********************** and the female manager who refused to give me her name. First I was asked to step aside and let other customers get their orders before they would fulfil my "special request" to clean their filthy counter top. Then when i was asked what kind of beans I wanted and i answered black beans the female manager put brown rice on by mistake. When I asked her to start over she wadded up the food, rolled her eyes at me and made a grunting noise at me. At this point I said never mind, I would eat somewhere else. Her reply to me was in a sarcastic tone. I understand that it is difficult to hire and train staff. I understand that places are understaffed. I understand that "they are doing the best they can" . ... what I fail to understand is why they have to be so rude about it. There are health codes and regulations about these things that need to be followed and I should not be shamed for pointing out unacceptable conditions and violations. If it happened once, so be it. Seven times is my limit. i wish I was exaggerating...

      I placed an order via the app and got an error. They still charged my card, and my bank has processed the payment, they are telling me that I have to wait an additional five business days for them to consider giving me a refund and then I have to wait for a check to be mailed! Ridiculous, if they can charge my card and my bank has processed it, they should be able to send a refund via the payment method ASAP! This seriously makes me not want to go to Chipotle again.

      On 9/26/23 the guest called the ************* phone line, and the guest was advised it can take 3-5 business days for a refund to reflect on their account. Once ******************** has processed a refund, the completion of the transaction depends on the amount of time it takes for the customer's bank to process on their end.

      Worst Chipotle store! The Manchester, **, Chipotle store has a bad history of poor customer service and messing up 60%+ of online orders. I have left occasional bad reviews on the app when they mess up my orders badly. This last screw-up was the final straw, forcing me to no longer visit this store (by the way, the ***********, ** store has always been AMAZING!). I placed an online order for a 5 PM pickup (confirmation number S22-DA6). I sent my daughter to pick it up. She was left there WAITING 2 HOURS! I was finally free to go to the store to follow up on the situation. I was told they remembered making my order and that it was picked up (They obviously gave it to the wrong person). That my order was "too big" (4 bowls???) to redo as they were too busy. I was furious and demanded a refund. I was just given a number to call for a refund (it took four phone calls and a lot of waiting). I told them that I would not leave this mistreatment without having my voice heard. The employee told me, "We don't take threats lightly". I threw the pen being used to take the number down for my refund on the counter and walked away. I was finally told the next day (AFTER I CALLED AGAIN) that my refund was JUST approved. This treatment should not be condoned. The manager would not show his face to talk to me. Conversations with corporate seem to be a waste of time. One of the representatives on the phone told me they only pay attention to complaints of violence, spitting, etc. Does customer service matter anymore??? I'm sure others have had horrible experiences with the **********, **, store. Everyone who has had a bad experience with this store should voice their experience and hopefully help boycott it. Do not visit the ********** store if you love their food as much as I do and want to be treated with decency and respect. From now on, I will visit the ***********, ** store. It is farther away than the ********** store, but you get excellent service and a side of RESPECT.

      Absolute worst customer service of any company I've dealt with. Up until one year ago I was a regular customer of ******************** for many years - the food was always fresh, healthy, and delicious -perhaps a little heavy on salt, but that's true of a lot of restaurants. I used the app to order and pick up dinner for my family - every couple of months at least. It was fun to have rewards and get a little extra with dinner sometimes- like a free guacamole! I'm a teacher and about a year ago I had a special evening function with another teacher and a small group of kids - we decided to do a group order from Chipotle- which was so convenient. Instead of having to get orders from kids and keep track and place the whole order -we were able to send a link and they made their own order with their names attached -easy peasy!Since I used my account - I got the bonus of getting a few extra points for this group order. However, shortly after that, my account stopped working- the two-step verification would never send the code to my phone despite having my correct number. I was never able to get anyone with any company authority to fix the problem over the phone, text, or email. Kept being told that it was on my end - I would do all the fixes they suggested still no solution. I get 2-step codes from multiple other businesses so I really don't think it's my phone. Any way this troubleshooting has taken way too much of my time - their final solution -> create a new account. I asked for my reward points to be transferred over if I did that. The response was that I didn't have any!! Which I know is complete bullhockey! I'm done with Chipotle (somewhat reluctantly) just not a good experience -a very bad taste in my mouth (metaphorically speaking). It's too bad because we are about to have that same function from a year ago and I was looking forward once again to the ease of ordering and the healthy kid-sized meals that don't generate a ton of plastic trash. Not gonna do it!!

      Were so sorry for any disappointment. Unfortunately our ***************** was a limited time menu option and is being removed from our stores. We're pretty bummed as well because our ***************** was so guac-tastic, but we're always working on new and delicious recipes for our guests so keep an eye out!

      From 8/27/23-9/18/23 the guest has called Customer Care's phone line 29 times. Agents have apologized for the experience and shared feedback with local and regional management. The guest was also provided with a free drink offer. While a phone call from a restaurant manager has been requested on the guest's behalf, we cannot guarantee that local and regional management will be able to call every guest.
