I ordered food through their app and right after I purchased I receive a text message stating my order was cancelled. Normally, you get an automatic refund, but nothing came back. I also didnt receive an order confirmation number. I tried to call and chat with the store on ******* but couldnt not get anywhere with the robot since I didnt get an order number. I reached out on ******* with screenshots of the message and charge on my card. They made me call CS, they had me email the pictures. They responded saying they will tell their leadership and get back to me. I waited almost a week until I had to reach out and they gave me an entree. Its been over 2 weeks and I have yet to get a refund. If your system has a glitch and a customer is STILL charged, you should be issuing a refund. They can look into whatever they need to, be I should be refunded. Especially since I never received my order. I didnt ask for a free entree, which is cheaper than the $43 I was charged! Overall horrible customer service. Dont use their app because they wont refund you even with proof of a transaction on your credit card.Chipotle Mexican Grill Inc

Do not respect the law on *** and service animals.I was denied entry because of my service dog.(medical alert for seizures).I was told that chipotle had a strict policy on no animals.I contacted corporate about this but nothing is being done.I think they need an education program for this.Chipotle customer service give me a case # and thats where seemed to end with them and no one is returning my calls or email.All Im asking for their is recognition of the problem and some employee education to help their employees with these type situationsChipotle Mexican Grill Inc

Ordered from the euclid store. Purchased a burrito bowl. Wanted half chicken, half steak,guacamole, sour cream,pinto beans, sour cream, and rice. I had delivered to me no rice,guacamole, sour cream. No corn.or four small pieces of chicken and two steak pieces. I spent $18.00 for a bowl of beans. Because that's the only thing they act like they had. I'm so disgusted and disappointed at the same time.. they need to be put on notice that customers spend their hard money on a quality product and instead of an inferior product. Oh I forgot, I also ordered a tortilla and that was so raw I thought I was chewing gum. Again I'm disgusted and disappointed.Chipotle Mexican Grill Inc

I placed an order which the location couldt fulfill because they were out of 70% of the ingredients. I asked for a refund via their automated chat system with an agent. They gave me a free entree instead of refunding my order. I asked again and the automated system said goodbye and opened a new inquiry/ restarted the conversation. Such a waste of my time driving out to this location and trying to solve this issue at roughly 9:30pm. Why even take online orders when you cant fulfill them? Why not notify people in advance prior to showing up? Why do I have to attempt to resolve this 100% online. Why couldnt the store refund me? Such poor business practices to say the least. I went to your I village location last night my daughter spent $14 I spent $20. My daughter ******* fell through the wrap. We ordered chips and guacamole only received the guacamole no chip. Then was offered a refund as a bogo. That an insult when together we spent $40 plus dollars. I want a refund for the 2 cards and I will never go into that location. *****************************************************I have the banks statement to show the purchase was made. Cannot contact store as phone only accepts orders. The chatbot provided two free drink offers. Since food was incorrect I assumed I'd ask for a refund. Called 800 number and was offered buy one get one. Still want a refund and they refuse to give one. Ordered a chicken burrito from their location at ************************************************* and received 1/4 portion of chicken beans and rice. They then added a ton of cheese to try to hide it, but just made it worse. I contacted customer support and they told me they would do better in the future and nothing to make things right about my order. I couldnt even eat it, thats how bad it was. It was mostly tortilla and rice. I knew it was bad when I pulled it out of the bag and it looked like a taco. This was my Very First (1st) Time trying out Chipotle and for My Very First Meal, I took the recommendation from my friend **** to try their Chicken Burrito With Guacamole which was Not Only Quite Large and Heavy, but Delicious! Yes, it did fall apart because of its' size, however, it was well worth the price and I was still able to enjoy it! I also received an additional response very similar to this one from the *** of the company and I responded back to him by email and then he. Never responded back at all.All I said was that I do these reviews for free and I spent quite a bit of time on publishing these reviews on to several social media websites including my ******* channel and spent quite a bit of time.
