      So I have to believe Chipotle has the worst customer service. I would say it's the location...but I emailed chipotle and they don't respond there either. Clearly they paid for their A+ with the BBB (I have that you can do that)I ordered delivery - what I ordered and didn't get - any salsas, not the corn not the mild not the pico no black beans.You know what you I got that I did not order - ***** beans and sour cream. The sour cream changed it from something that I paid for and won't enjoy to something I paid for and can't eat.I call to let them know the order is wrong, they said they close in 5 minutes send an email with pictures and a receipt that's not they problem tonight. They 24 minutes away so I wouldn't make it there in time to make a scene if I wanted. I sent 3 emails. No reply.Just trash!

      I went into this place food The store was clean and everything but my issues is with the manager I simply ask one of the reps to pleas can you change you gloves I ask them to change because while I waited the rep was touching his hair and hat and the rep was touching her face and other reps that walk pass them with their gloves So that is why I ask if they could change them ! Well I was met with nasty stares and one of the reps stArted mocking me saying hey why dont you put on your apron and was rolling her dyers and so was he they both seem very annoyed with me for asking Instead of just saying ok no problem One of the makes told the guy I ask if he dont change is gloves he will get fired ! The rep responded in front of me and other quest I dont give a f$&k!! He will just go work at ********* Then one of your female reps the one mocking me started to talk about me sYi g I have no class ! because she did not like they way I ask I was polite when I ask them to remind e dirty gloves and said pleaseand thanks So I dont understand why she was being confrontational with the customer I spend my money and deserve to met all my needs I was not irate I just ask can you please change gloves Then the manger said they cannot leave their station before 535 But when I ask it was around 520 because I cash out on my receipt at 5:34 she also allow the rep to be some confrontational with me and I am the customer She should not be in this position as a manager in customer service I would never let my reps be that way to quest She was to bri g the gloves or there should have been some at the station. I ask her for corporate number she refuse to take my complaint serious I was embarrass by they way they treated me !!! All I wanted was clean food And was made fun of and will never ev er go back to this establishment They need to retrain them its bad enough their cheating people on portions They found at least be polite and accommodating customers

      I ordered a catering meal from chipotle with a discount code that they had. The code worked and I got confirmation code for pick up at 730 PM. The order canceled without informing me that they werent going to honor THEIR coupon code to give me the options without THEIR coupon code that they arent honoring. Now its after 4pm and Im just finding out I have to find somewhere else to cater my event in 3 hours.

      I am sorry about any inconvenience. Due to issues with our catering order site, we are not able to honor orders placed with a discount applied and the order was cancelled. If the guest would like to place a new Catering Order, they can visit ******************************************** or call ***** Chipotle to speak to one of our catering agents.

      The guest has been in contact with ************* agents frequently through multiple channels and multiple times. ************* agents have apologized for the experiences, shared feedback with local and regional management, and refunded multiple orders.

      Today I purchased a barbacoa bowl with plain brown rice and everything without cilantro (which doesn't leave me a lot of choices) for a total of $12.42. My bowl was 75% full - what happened to the other 25%? Even when I mentioned the portion size issue to the workers, they just shrugged and dismissed me. Chipotle is dead to me now, and I know so many more people feel the same way. And when you all file for bankruptcy, I'll just shrug and go to ******

      The ******, ** location violated the **** My daughter went in person to follow up on an application and the manager asked her to come back 2 days later for an interview. Upon arriving for her interview the first question she was asked was how old was she. When she answered she was told I can't hire any more minors we have too many and didn't even bother to interview her. This is not because they don't hire at *************** their ad they do and there are 16 yrs Olds that work there. When I followed up via phone with the manager she admitted that is what she told my daughter and that was because her boss won't let her hire any more minors. Last I checked if there are others there that are and you flat out say that's why you aren't hiring her without even interviewing her that would be considered age discrimination. Why she even bothered to have her come in after she saw her in person and didn't ask her that day her age is beyond me.

      They absolutely refuse refunds!! Even though you didn't order what you were charged for. Before I left the store I wondered what? Why was it more than I paid last time. The girl charged me for a drink I said no drink when she asked me if I wanted a drink. The service was fine the food in the bins were all empty or dried out . But who is getting the $ 2.95 I had to wonder if embezzlement was going on at that store and how many times more people didn't pay attention to what they were being charged.

      On 5/12/24 the guest reached out via the live messaging channel, and a ******** Care agent apologized for the experience, shared feedback with local and regional management, and provided a buy-one-entree, get-one-free offer. As the guest requested an escalation, a CC supervisor also interacted with the guest, voided the ***** and provided a free-entree offer (good for any main menu item). The supervisor also requested that someone from the restaurant follow up with the guest, although we cannot guarantee that they will be able to do so.
