      Restraunt is not following food and safety protocols. Got sick from my last purchase on 5/10/2024 . Restaurant is extremely dirty. Food is everywhere and back table is full of trash and old meat. This place is disgusting and trash is overflowing. Trash on floor in cooking areas

      They are so slow, dirty, smallest portions, and always get order wrong or incomplete. After visiting 6 times, they are hands down the worst location i have ever been to.

      Food is just bad now sadly, portions are small. Used to come here two-three times a week. It was so bad the last time I had it. I waited about 5 months then tried it again. Absolutely gross, paid for double meat portion that was ice cold (yes I picked it up) Employees hate their lives, guacamole is always brown, veggies are mush. Quality is just bad.If they wonder why this business is failing its because quality and quantity has plummeted. Bye bye chipotle never returning ?? ??

      Avoid this location at all cost ! I went into the Waterloo location, to order and pick up dinner, on ****** maps it says they close at 11 pm I arrived at 9:50pm when I entered the location, ***************************** who claimed to be the manager said, the crew wants to get out on time and refused to serve me. To tell a paying customer that they refuse service simply because they are to close in 10 minutes. This is absolutely unacceptable unprofessional and NOT customer service.

      I visited the restaurant located at ***************************************************************************************, at 16:12. I ordered for take-out (2) Al ****** bowls. While the server was prepping the bowls, I questioned about the amount of chicken added because it was minimal. Another server was prepping a burrito and the customer requested regular chicken and the amount was noticeable on a much larger amount. The server advised that was it, so I ordered a side of chicken for $4.05 which was a tiny ***** cup. I took a picture of the bowls reflecting the amount of chicken added, and I believe it's fraud how Chipotle is advising their employees how much chicken Al ****** to add. The total amount I paid was $25.17 with tax and extra chicken. Chipotle need to advise their management team how much chicken is being added especially in the amount being paid. I called the ************ number listed on the receipt, and no one answers the phone. The customer must leave a voice message, which I did, but never received a call back, I advised if I did not receive a call back, I would communicate with corporate regarding this matter. This shows that Chipotle does not take their customer service seriously and focuses on profits. This is not the first time this transpired since the promotion started. We have visited the ******, ** store located off Rt. 74, and the same situation transpired. The second visit at the ******** store transpired as well as the third visit. I am requesting a full refund of the amount paid, i.e., $25.17.

      Runs sweepstakes offers with false baiting for cellular numbers to text people without permission. Customers win sweepstakes, are told to enter their cellular numbers for the codes they won only to not receive the codes promised. Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional!

On 4/3/24 the CC agent confirmed that the guest's number was registered for the free burritos for a year promotion only. I've also shared the guest's feedback with our Marketing team.

      App was down and the website wasn't working either. I called to place an order and the robot did not have the updated proteins. They do not take phone orders at the store. I got connected with their help service and was told they put in a support ticket and would not help place an order. This company wants to go out of business in ***** **.

If the guest is having issues using the app, it may be best to uninstall and reinstall. It is also possible on the day in question that the restaurant was experiencing technical issues or had to temporarily turn off online ordering.************* agents are unable to place orders for customers. Unfortunately orders placed through the automated phone system by calling the restaurant do not have limited-time offerings, such as chicken al pastor, as an available selection.

      I have had several bad experiences at the ******************* location, to start with on Thursday 3/28/2024 I had placed an online order for a salad bowl. I arrived at the store on time and waited in the extremely long chipotlane. After getting to the window I was greeted by ***** (manager on duty) who asked for my name then let me know that my order was not ready and that I would need to get back in the long drive thru lane. I asked if there was anything he could do to avoid me Having to get back in line and he curtly replied there was nothing he could do. I dont believe this customer service should be acceptable especially not by a manger. Do better please for the people that *** want to return here because I will not be coming back and Ill be letting my people know not to come to this location. Signed a former chipotle customer.
