I visited Chipotle on Prospect Avenue in ***********, ********** and was shocked by the behavior of the staff. They were disgustingly rude. I wanted three bowls and they were throwing the food in and would not wait to hear what I wanted in them. They were speaking loudly, ******* you along as if it was a free food line. By the way, there were two people behind me, there was no long line So disgusted with the front line staff I would never eat there again. They should be trained in customer service. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR IF YOU ARE READING THIS REVIEW, LISTEN TO ALL OF THE BAD REVIEWS AND EAT ELSEWHERE.I dont have good luck at this location as I can see by looking at my prior and other reviews. 1.8 stars dont lie. I was out with my son and let him pick lunch. It was 2:15pm on a Sunday and I should have gone with my gut feeling to persuade him to pick something else. As soon as we walked in, we observed there was only 5 people in line in front of us. About 5 minutes into waiting a person behind the line announced they were out of large tortillas and ***** beans. The people directly in front of us in line were discussing going somewhere else to eat as the line wasnt moving. I again wish I had gone with gut as the next ***** minutes, I counted 6 employees within the store but at certain points only 0-2 people on the line if you include the girl who stood at the register even though no food was being put on a tray. If you have cameras in the store, I encourage you to watch from 2:15pm until 2:40pm. I felt like I was at a grand opening of a new restaurant where no one in the store had a clue what they were doing. I even spotted a guy with glasses who seemed to go from table to table talking to guests because he didnt want to help on the line. Super bizarre! We each ordered bowls since burritos wasnt an option but asked for some small tortillas. They even charged me extra for the tortillas. To cap the entire horrible visit off, the brown rice we had in both our bowls was hard and crunchy like it had been sitting out a while. I wouldve asked to speak to a manager for a refund but didnt want to prolong the others waiting in line as they too had a unnecessary long wait time because of poor management or training.Chipotle Mexican Grill Inc

1 starWe ordered food online to pick up at the restaurant (5 meals). We got there at the time it was supposed to be done and had to wait at least 10mins for the food. We got home and ALL the food was COLD. It was too close to closing to go back. Very difficult to get through the automated system to a real person in the restaurant and then I was told I would need to call their 800 number for refunds on online orders - they don't do online refunds in the store. Called the *********************************************************************************************************************** the future. They said they couldn't provide a refund for the 5 stone cold meals, but they could offer me a free drink!!! Not what I asked for, and "no!" that doesn't help the situation! The restaurant was dirty, the service was HORRIBLE (in the so-called restaurant and ****************** and I don't recommend this to anyone. We will never be going back.Review fromPradeep N

Chipotle now charging extra fees for veggies, put up sign stating that each restaurant that is doing this.. illegal fees being added to order when you order directly at restaurant vs app.Your passing a price increase due to the fact most restaurants don't have the correct ordering process when using the app is guesstimate of what I want to order. And their support has gone oversees... Eventually there needs some federal regulations passed for not posting signs in restaurant.Chipotle Mexican Grill Inc

1 starI found an entire cooked rodent in my burrito bowl purchased from chipotle on Jan 25. I contacted chipotle twice to complain. Twice they promised their incident response team would reach out to me. It's been more than a week and I've not been contacted. Both my son and I became ill after eating a portion of the meal. The rodent was discovered after eating the meal. I will never patronize chipotle again. I am horrified and incensed from the experience and by the non-response from them.Review fromAlfred R

I have contacted customer support through the ******************** app multiple times and have no one had resolved my issue. I have placed so far 3 orders and its been a few weeks now and have not received points for any of those orders. The first agent never started a conversation and just dropped the chat, the 2nd agent stated they will be reaching out to the rewards people and I will be contacted by email - was never contacted by email. The 3rd agent requested receipts for the order even though the orders are in my Chipotle account and Im pretty sure they can see that, right? Well, I provided the agent the order confirmations numbers and they proceeded to say that the points are in my account and if I cant see them I should delete and reinstall the app. I followed the agents instructions and the points are still not in my account. Who do I have to reach out to for some assistance with this? Account says 0 points. Have not received any points for any of my orders. I am just so frustrated with Chipotle location **********************************************************************************. I've given them numerous chances to fix my orders right as well as not being skimpy on fixing my burrito bowl, etc. They give you tons of rice with very little meat. Plus they never give you napkins or plasticware. I spend $35-45.00 dollars each time I order from them. They either need to try and mimic other Chipotle locations or get new management. Today they made our order incorrectly. When you try to call the store its almost impossible to get through as the automated service refuses to connect you to a live person. After several attempts we finally got connected with someone who claimed to be a manager, but when we explained that our order was incorrect she was unsympathetic and advised us to call their hotline. I called the hotline, and the associate was even worse than the local one. I explained to her that I am pregnant and cannot stomach corn, and they incorrectly put corn all throughout my burrito. She advised that she would see what she could offer. I explained to her that the incorrectly made food was not made by me, nor was it made incorrectly by the delivery driver. It was Chipotles fault so they needed to cover the delivery fee or provide a full refund. She then suggested that I order inside of a chipotle so if any issues arise they can handle it in house. I explained to her that I am not able to go into the Chipotle as I typically eat while I work and cannot get away for lunch. She sarcastically asked if I go to Chipotle when I am not at work. What an extremely inappropriate response to someone when your company is at fault. I tried to give her one last chance to right the wrong that was made by Chipotle. I asked one last time for a full refund or I would stop ordering from Chipotle and start taking my business to Chiloso. She refused - asked if I would still like an offer from her to be sent to my co workers account. Since I cannot speak for my co worker I told her to go ahead, but she has lost my business for good to Chiloso.My cowroker just informed me as I type this that the offer that Chipotle sent was a free drink. On an order that we spent nearly $40.00 on, that neither of us can eat because Chipotle made incorrectly - and all we have to show for it is a free drink.
