The experience was mostly good, however it kept getting more and more expensive through out the process. Overall, I am happy and have received my *** Letter and am waiting for my dogs vest to arrive.American Service Pets

We do want to clarify that as you add items, prices do increase, and depending on your state, taxes as well as shipping and handling costs are also applied. We aim to be very transparent with our pricing, and you can see a full breakdown of all charges on the last two screens before completing your purchase.

Absolutely terrible! I can not get an approval with my landlord. The doctor that approved me wont send the correct paperwork to the landlords email only to me. Which they wont accept. I have called so many times to get it fixed I get told that it will be taken care of and never does. They made me pay more money to do this but wont fix it on their end. It has been and continues to be a horrible experience!!!American Service Pets

It was a fairly quick and easy process to get the documentation I needed to be able to get a letter for my dog. She is a cane corso which is a breed a lot of people exclude. At least while losing my house I don't have to also lose my best friend.American Service Pets

I didn't use the letter because it's not from a doctor. I feel like I through away my money. After my payment I didn't wait long for the letter. I'm keeping it as a backup.American Service Pets

I am happy with my purchase, but they kept offering more stuff that that would have cost more money. It was all good ideas, but it was all expensive and confusing, and stressful. That's why I need my puppy in the first place. But I am happy with my initial purchase, and the first upsale was pretty reasonable. After that, it started getting frustrating.American Service Pets
