      First, I was never provided a tracking number for my items (id card and vest). I received my card via my mailbox but never the vest. A few days later, after receiving the card I reached out via email about when I should look for the vest. Again, I was never provided a shipping tracking number. I was told that according to *** that vest was delivered, yet I did not receive it. I cannot say if it was delivered to my address or to another or if it was even stolen from my mailbox. I then, again, reached out via email stating that I did not receive the vest and basically was told, "OH 'well you want a vest you'll have to reorder." A few days later I reached out via chat on their website and finally received the tracking number. I looked it up via ***** saw it was delivered on 8/26 but unfortunately my cameras do not go back that far (current date is 9/13/23) so I cannot say what/when or where. Also, I cannot rightly say if that tracking number included the vest and the id card or just the id card, which again, I received. The company refuses to help in any way and basically telling me that I will have to repurchase the vest if I want it bad enough. Very frustrating and very unhelpful. I am furious to say the least and way to go a company that clearly deals with helping those with emotional downfalls, wishes to stress out their clientele. Lets just say I will never give this company another dime and I will ensure everyone I know does not as well.

      So far everything has gone smoothly, I just have to wait 30 days because I live in a state that requires it, but the Dr has contacted me and was very pleasant. I suggest this site for everyone.
