      Definitely was not a great experience at all. Customer is horrible not friendly at all. I got my letter but my apartment complex did not take it because there where a bunch of typos and was not written professionally at all. Would have been way easier for me to go to my doctor for less money then to deal with these people. Would not recommend to anyone. Dont waist your time or money.

      They tricked me into renewing my *** letters and, when my apartment complex told me that renewing them isn't necessary, American Service Pets refused to refund my letters. Horrible way to do business. I will never use American Service Pets again.

      The forms and website were easy to navigate, which was nice. However, no where did it mention that in **, there would be a 30 day waiting period. So you take the payment immediately, and say we should have our paperwork the next day, and then I get an email from a psychologist stating that we need to have at least a 30 day history. I could have walked into an office and seen a doctor if that was the case, for way less money.
