      Due to the attitude of the customer ********************** representative and the fact that she was unclear about the cost, I cancelled the certificate. She said I will receive a refund on Monday but with the amount of emails I have received from your company I am not sure she cancelled it. In any event I have chosen a different company and await my full refund asap.

      Horrible people. I'm disabled on a fixed income, and they didn't ship everything I paid for. Then lied about it, and told me I need to purchase it again. Highly unethical I wouldn't encourage anyone doing business with them, especially if your disabled and on a fixed income. They are predators and never intended to provide me with what was advertised. It's beyond false advertising. Really a waste of money.

      I was very pleased to get my papers to be able to take my support dog with me. because last year when we went on vacation my Tibetan terrier one ran out into the road and got killed and to this day I feel guilty because I wasnt there. My little ****** give me so much pleasure now.

      I got my asp letter very quickly. That was not what I was looking for I have Scoliosis, a history of brain concussions, and a history of falling. I did NOT want a paper that my dog is an emotional service dog. I wanted a paper stating that she was a Service Dog, as she helps me walk without a cane. I would like another paper stating the above, as a lot of places do not take the enotional dog form.

      USELESS IN CALIFORNIA. I told them I needed a letter immediately. They said, no problem, took my payment then told me i needed to wait 30 days to receive a letter.I had a bad feeling going in, so I put it on my AMEX and was able to dispute and receive my money back.

      Everyone I spoke to was very kind . I just had a problem getting my PDF so that I could download my letter from the ********************** I was sent a Welcome Letter and stated that it was attached to my email , it wasn't . I called and was told that she resent it , never came . Called a second time and was told the same as before , that it was sent to my email address . She resent and at that point I received it . Other than that, in totally satisfied with the services and my baby,"TUFFEE" appreciated it to . Nice he can go with me when I go . Great for the both of us
