2 starsI was happy with the services until I was completely denied by not only my landlord, but also the fair housing authority. I was denied by both of them, especially the ***************** due to them saying in 2021 a new bill was passed, saying that if you are to obtain a *** letter, one must continuously see the psychologist. They did provide me with the information I needed, which is why I even contact the ***************** and even went through the different phases to get to who I need to speak with the help me with that completely. I had only spoken to the Doctor once they told me that my letter is not valid. When I then reached out to American service pets they informed me no refund can be done and they then recommended me to a ***************** and as I have been told them Ive already done so. I have letters and I have a phone call from ***************** stating that my Letter will not be valid. I completely wasted my money and time, it would be nice if they had and were acknowledged of this information due to them selling a letter people cant use .Review fromAmanda S

They should say something about cats not being considered a service for needs before people pay. even as *** air port and hotels don't have to accept the cat like they would a dog. It's a lot of money from this company and the certificate only lasts one year I can't pay that much every year

Hello, thanks for taking the time to send us your feedback. We try to make it as clear as possible that cats cannot travel with you as service animals. We have blogs and FAQs and before checkout, we don't even offer travel documents at all if you have a cat because we know it will be of no use. You called us after you bought a housing package online to ask to switch it to travel and our support team explained that they could not.Review fromTracy M

I was denied and not told why??? Ive been though a separation and my child going though depression as well as me. I need to get used to living alone most weeks and I dont know what I would have done without my cats. *** lived in the same place for over **************************************************************************** $25 monthly pet rent.American Service Pets

Very easy process and definitely the way to go. I just relocated and my leasing office was good with all documentation to avoid a pet deposit plus monthly fees!!!American Service Pets

The initial letter was fast but the additional paperwork I needed filled out was where everything went downhill. All my attempts to email them have not been seen until I followed up with a phone call, and every person I've talked to has given me a different answer about when I should expect the documents back. I never spoke with an actual provider to talk about my reasonings for an **** Would not recommend it at all.American Service Pets

Hello, we are sorry that you have had a less than excellent experience with us. Additional forms can sometimes be a lengthy process depending on your provider and the amount of patients they may have to work with at the time. When you signed up, you consented to telepsychology and submitted a self report that outlined your health history and symptoms which help your provider evaluate your need for an **** If you need to speak to your provider further about something you may not have disclosed in your evaluation, you can do so by calling in to set that up.Review fromElouise H

I have a lot of stress and anxiety as my husband has stage 4 cancer. My dogs have been a great help. Now I don't have to worry about losing them. Thank you for all your help!American Service Pets
