    Between my partner, my son, and myself, we've ordered four pairs of prescription glasses from Zenni. Each pair is exactly as pictured and great quality. The clip on sunglasses add-on is a nice touch to keep in my car since I never remember to bring my prescription sunglasses with me. My four-year-old has gotten compliments from nearly every single person he's come into contact with since getting his rainbow glasses with his name engraved on the sides. Creating lenses and shipping them out is faster than from the eye doctor. There are tons of helpful videos, articles, and tools linked throughout the website for correctly ordering, measuring, fitting, etc. **************** is also very helpful. Even though there are helpful tips through the entire process of ordering, I was nervous about inputting my prescription in correctly, so I sent a copy to customer service, and they promptly replied and checked my order to make sure it was correct. I'm seeing a lot of people complain about what seems to be user-error and demanding more than what is reasonable to make up for an issue that was not the company's fault. If you aren't sure how to order prescription glasses online, contact customer service (which is very helpful). If you make a mistake, accept your faults and the generous attempts Zenni will make to keep you happy. I can only complain about one thing: the virtual try-on feature of the website doesn't size the glasses correctly on my face. It's a great feature, but not entirely useful when all the glasses appear huge. Thank you Zenni for giving us affordable, designer frames and great service!
