    Always great customer service and speedy shipping. I've been ordering from them for a few years and have referred several family members. Love the prices, which means I can have a rotation of glasses to wear everyday to match outfits. LOVE ZENNI OPTICAL!!

    I have ordered many times from Zenni. I absolutely love each pair,I wear glasses pretty much all the time, so I love making them apart of my fashion. Once I learned how to enter my prescription everything was easy sailing. On top of the shipping being pretty fast without paying extra. I get so many compliments on my glasses! I will be staying a customer.I will add the new changes to how to order confused me at first, however once I really took my time I realized how the new changes worked.

    I have had no issues with ordering glasses from this company. I've returned once due to the fact I had set the PD incorrectly and I was able to get a full refund. The glasses seem reasonably priced compared to going through an Optometrist. They seem to have a decent amount of options and the glasses arrive to my location in a a good amount of time with no problem.

    I ordered a pair of glasses. They were delivered promptly, the prescription was correct, I like the style, and they fit very well. This was my fourth order with Zenni optical. I have not had a problem with any of these orders. Many of the other reviews on this site do seem to be semi-literate people who have entered their prescriptions incorrectly and want to blame someone else for their mistake. That's a shame, because Zenni is the VERY BEST place for people without vision insurance coverage to purchase affordable glasses.
