    I've ordered from Zenni multiple times over the last 4 years. The glasses I've ordered have always been delivered on time and are comparable to the lenses I would get at my eye doctor's ******* but for a fraction of the price. I tell anyone who comments on my glasses, and wears glasses themselves, that they should order from Zenni.I did have a problem once with a pair of prescription sunglasses I ordered. They came with a weird spiral pattern on the lense tint that made them uncomfortable to use. I contacted Zenni's customer service and they mailed me a new pair within 5 to 7 business days. The process was very simple and easy on my end. I didn't even have to mail the messed up glasses back to them. I will continue ordering from Zenni for myself and my son's glasses because of the low price, colorful options, and wonderful customer service.

    I have ordered from Zenni Optical a few times now. I just received my daughter's readers glasses. These are p****** glasses and they fit her perfectly. I have ordered several glasses from Zenni. Their recommendation for the thickness is incorrect for my vision, I need the highest index since my vision is so bad. So if your prescription is high, you need the highest index so the lenses will be thinner. Zenni has so many great options and so very much cheaper than purchasing at an optician as a fraction of the price. I love their ********* selection of glasses. Highly recommend!!!

    I have not had any issues. Lenses are perfect. First pair was too small (my fault) so I contacted customer service for exchange. The exchange process was easy and my replacement came pretty fast. I love these computer glasses. I will be ordering distance next. ???????

    I actually don't know what everyone else is complaining about. I ordered glasses from Zenni first in 2020, then again start of 2022, and now once more. No problems at all with all 4 pairs that I bought and received exactly as stated, and which only cost ~150$ total for 1 blue-light blocking, 1 anti-fog, and 2 anti-reflective. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that they purchase the correct product that THEY want, especially considering the cost savings you get ordering from Zenni. It's not that hard to figure out your own prescription and the exact measurements you need, and it's pretty straightforward afterwards to order correctly since all that info is literally in the product description. If people can't do that then they should head to a physical glasses store and have someone walk them through purchasing the same product for 4x the price.
