Like others here, I have been a Zenni customer for years. But received a pair of glasses that broke at the bridge. Outside of 30 days, they said! And offered me a $5 credit! And suggested I order just the frames and swap out the lenses I already had. I needed them for work, so I ordered them and guess what? They broke again at the same spot. You'd think I would have learned better after I ordered a pair of progressives for my kid that turned out to have no second focus! Which was confirmed by an optometrist! Very disappointing.

After being assured I can return one pair of glasses that literally broke in the same spot 4 times I'm now being told I can't. Additionally, My daughter's glasses are blurry, this is her 2nd pair. My son broke his glasses in the same spot that my other son's glasses broke, they said oh well. If it's anything over 30 days and something happens then you're out of luckZenni Optical
