      On July ****** someone hacked into cash app system and took over my account without my knowledge and stole my whole paycheck of ******* and ****** of the borrowed money cash app a lot me on my account . I reported it to them they had to help regain access to my account they said investigation takes 10 days I waited and they claimed it was my fault .. how when the hacker completely took over my account changed my email and phone number I couldnt pay my bills and they will not give me my money back!! They are scamming their own customers. Shut them down.. sincerely *************

      My Cash App Account was recently closed with no reason why, I've talked to them many times to find out why to no avail . All I used is for was paying bills and buy on **** and Family Transfers. This is a bad Business,they have did this to many many People Think maybe a Lawsuit could make them think before the close an account of somebody who hasn't broken any of there rules.

      Cash app took money out for a purchase I never received. When reaching out to the merchant they explained to me that it was on my banks end ( cash app ) . When reaching out to cash app , I received no help & was denied a refund for merchandise I never received. Cash app is literally the worst !

      This company is a scam.. can not hire English speaking ppl. 7 years ago I tried them. Card locked I still lost money. Allowed my daughter to use my stud. They're not cheap. Bc of him. Now cash app won't release my ******** and I've gtg outta town to a ******** fixing to file suit against them for maximum amount. Told it'll be "available" Sunday. Sunday came went, nothing. No one should be allowed to use them, ******, none of Internet cards. These ppl are a scam.

      Its honestly a relief to see that Cash App is finally being recognized for what it is: a broken platform with a disgraceful 1-star rating that it has more than earned. Like countless others here, I was abruptly accused of misusing their services with zero explanation or evidence. The vague allegation? That my account was involved in gambling - an absurd and baseless claim that they couldnt back up, even after I submitted my entire transaction history showing nothing of the sort.Whats worse is the undertone of discriminatory profiling. Its hard not to notice a pattern when names that sound Hispanic or Black seem disproportionately targeted. Coincidence? I doubt it. It reeks of algorithmic bias or, worse, human bias hiding behind vague policies.There are so many other platforms- Zelle, ******, Venmo - that treat their users with basic dignity and transparency. Cash App, on the other hand, acts like a shady, unregulated institution that punishes users first and refuses to answer questions ********** yourself the headache, the disrespect, and the flat-out gaslighting. Cash App doesnt deserve your trust, your time, or your data.

      Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a refund that has been severely delayed and mishandled by both ****** and my bank, Cash App.On June 11, 2025, I did not receive a package that I ordered from ******. Since then, I have made multiple attempts to resolve the issue by contacting both Amazon and *********************************** has repeatedly confirmed that they processed the refund on their end and that the funds should have been returned to my account. However, ********************** continues to deny receiving the refund. I even tried to cancel a dispute I had previously filed with Cash App after ****** confirmed the refund, but Cash App claimed they couldnt cancel the dispute and insisted the funds were never received.This back-and-forth has now gone on for over a month, with no resolution. I feel like Im being given the runaround by both companies. My money is essentially lost in the process, and I have no clarity or support despite taking all the right steps.Please assist me in investigating this matter and holding both ****** and Cash App accountable for this unacceptable delay.

      Cash app changed my password and when i went to transfer money i couldn't even get to my money. Which means i had to cancel the transaction it asked me for my password. Which i put in and it said it was the wrong password. When i called they couldn't fix it. So they claim i couldn't talk to a supervisor they had to email me. Within 24 hours now the problem still isn't fixed. This is absolutely ridiculous especially for a business such as cash app.

      50 dollars was taken out of my husband's bank account threw ****************** with any banking details being linked to cashapp an it's not showing in his transactions. Cashapp is a joke an needs to be shut down.he called customer service and they can't find the dang transaction. But on his online banking is shows cashapp Oakland $50 he is highly ****** an closing his cash app account.
