      I use to think Cash App was one of the best digital money apps. Just as any other bank they have their cons. The Cash App support team is extremely hard to get in contact with and they seem like they cant provide a real resolution to any issues you may have. I have experienced various issues including unauthorized transactions and not being able to access a received/approved payment. However 2 days ago I received a notification stating that i violated the terms of the account. I use my account on a daily basis for small transactions. I dont send nor receive no more than $20 to $100 a day. Ive had my account for nearly 5 years without doing anything differently. Ive contacted CashApp support by their chat service, email, and calling directly, no one replies back nor are they able to give me an answer as to what terms of the agreement was violated. I strongly suggest any new prospects to fully research this company before opening an account or using their services.

      Very horrible customer service, take hours to get back to you, yet your money is in their hands. Never can speak to a real person or a customer Service representative. They continue to provide such horrible service and ignore your feedback, they never take the customer complaints serious all while frequently having glitches that cause another list of problems. Cash App provides bottom of the ************** and needs to be held accountable.

      **************** staff on the chat support is extremely rude and snarky. Lots of unnecessary and unprofessional side comments towards customers. I was just trying to change my cashtag and felt like I had to battle with this person for 30 mins before she/he would actually do their job... I think it's crazy they don't give you the name of these people. They are only listed as "advocate", so how do you hold these people accountable when they treat people like dirt? There is not even an option to file a complaint anywhere. I will probably be switching to Venmo... it's easier to use anyways and you are actually treated with professionalism there. There's only business if you have people bringing you business. Good luck being a successful company with your growing list of complaints.

      I used a atm inside of a business the atm shut down didn't give me any money so I had to swipe my card to pay and cash app basically telling me that they not giving me my 200 dollars back they are stealing people money

      Their customer service is awful. You have the option of an automated chat system or a phone number to call but they always call you back. They are short and rude and I dont even think they know anything about their system. I spent 6.5 hours back and forth today between my phone company and cashapp because I paid my ****, the money was taken from my account but the phone company had no record. Cashapp has it listed as pending for FOUR DAYS and insisted that the phone company had the hold on the transaction. They refused to cancel it and refund so I can pay another way. Very rude so I got rude back. In 1.5 yrs Ive never had an issue but my phone will be cut off at midnight which means I cannot work which means I cannot make money which means I am screwed. Thanks a lot.
