      Cash App blocked a transaction in which I was trying to send money to my brother for a serious medical emergency. I contacted customer support and they verified my info and still said there was nothing they are choosing to block they payment regardless of it being a life or death situation. They refunded my friend's money who was trying to help me. They told me they would have a supervisor email me to file a complaint. They never sent me that email.

      Cash app received a refund from the airline that canceled my flight and is not returning it back to me. Cash app even canceled my card, with no explanation.Every representative I have chatted or spoke with said they have escalated the case and then it gets closed.They still have my $206. Its been 3 months of going back and forth. $PattyCoughlan

      Cashapp has taken money from me and refuses to allow me to have it unless I keep paying them. No matter what, there's always another issue. "Protocols, verification issues," it's all the same. You're not getting your money back. I have been promised an $11,457.59 check by them. I have not received it. They refuse to give it to me unless I pay them another fee. They have taken my money and continue to tell me that my money is safe. The greatest irony is that it is safe, safe in their hands, not yours. They keep telling me that it's protocol, yet they have not given me any document or site stating as such. This business should never have been allowed what it is doing. This business is a scam, hiding under the guise of another cross payment app. I can't even file a formal complaint as I can't ever get any names.

      Someone I know stole my debit/credit card and added it to their Cash App. I lost over $2,000.00. I called Cash App and told them I did not have a Cash App account. I was told they could do nothing and that they were not responsible for the fraudulent transactions. they said I had to contact the bank, in the mean time I am out all the money I had to pay my bills and buy groceries, while they are out using my money for meth and other things. I live in ****** and things are tough enough without someone taking everything I had.

      If I could put zero I would. I accidentally sent some money to somebody that I didn't know within seconds before they completed the transaction I requested a refund they told me that there was nothing that they could do about it after making me wait for 5 hours to tell me that not everybody has somebody they can just call and they will help help them out I lost my job over this so sorry for the French but f*** cash app and everything they stand for. 5 hours just to tell me ***

      Very horrible service please dont use cash app if anything happens to your money they will not assist you with anything they ask the same questions over and over which further lets you know they never filed a dispute or claim worse customer service ever

      Does anyone remember that bitcoin transactions are to be sent by a party and received a party with no interference. I have a deposit that was sent to me. It has cleared the blockchain with 37 confirmations at this post. They said they have to review it. Look p2p is none of your business cashapp you do kyc that us enough. Do not block my money and give no legal reason or a reason at all and tell me to be patient as you do what exactly???? This is called hijacking a currency transaction and flat out theft in my book. You have no authority over bitcoin thats why it was created. Cash app is a payment processor. So process my payment!!!!!!!

      I am a small investor, as I recently put a large amount into stock's, and now I cannot withdraw my money "Something whent wrong, Check your internet connection" what kind of ingorant error is this for such a large company?And now I would highly recommend another card company for stock trading as I have lost over $1,000's of dollars due to negligent actions on behalf of Cashapp.Don't Use cash app At All.

      Got scammed by ******** ***** for *****. She said cash app was only way she did transactions. Then never received merchandise. Have screen shots of all including her cash app qrc. They denied my claim and said unless more ppl reported her there is nothing they can do. Not good especially with the screen shot proofs.

      I'd been using CashApp for about 3 years before I had problems. There was some kind of tech problem in May 5, where my direct deposit was not available, nor payments sent to me. They locked my card. I sent a message to support on May 6, and they asked for a **** with my name and address. I uploaded the document, and was told by support that I would receive an email about my matter. They gave me a case # May 8th, and I never heard back again. I contacted them again May 11, told the same thing as before, and waited again. June and July, more of the same. No resolve, no emails, none of the things I was promised by their support team. To make it worse, when I made a ****** review, they told me to contact them through ******** No person to talk to, no customer service, just a bunch of robotic responses that wasted my time and effort.
