      Very professional, great follow-up, superb response time. ***** now, retired, my wife and I chose to rent. It had been quite sometime since we had rented a home. We didn't know what to expect. Especially, when considering we were moving half way across the country to a totally new area. Nonetheless, I think if one respects the property and treats it with care, that goes a long way. All I can say is that thus far, Mynd has won our respect. The few problems we have brought to their attention have been dealt with promptly, by competent Mynd Employees/or Private Contractors. We are happy with Mynd. ****************************

      Told me theyd cover the pillars in my backyard after paying $1800 to have it done. That vendor vanished the work lasted 4 months with no footing the pillars sank and cracked. Mynd said they cover but I received the bill 2 pillars $1300. Could have hired * ******* ******* ** ********** to do better work.

      I dont even know where to begin with this company. When I first moved in I reviewed the BBB reviews and thought no they cant be that bad BELIEVE THE REVIEWS. Renting under this company is the worst decision you could ever make. I now have no running water, paint is chipping off my ceilings and the entire floor board has been lifted of my floors. You will never hear from a manger! You will speak to someone who is out of the country. Today I told them my water wasnt running and I was told to go to a family members home until someone could come out (Im fresh out of college by the way, I have no family here.) I cant walk throughout my house without shoes or risk cutting my feet. The worst part is MYND allows the homeowner (who is not in the home) to determine whether or not issues within the home should be fixed. I literally have someone who is not in my home, determining what is considered a decent living environment. Blue management who they continuously send to my home ( terrible company ) has rufused to fix issues in my home and even admitted that because it was too expensive the homeowners and MYND did not want to pay to get it resolved, they told me to put down a runner so I dont have to look at the cracked floors throughout my home. Yet it feels like youre walking in trampoline. Its so unbearable to know there is no justice or moral decency for individuals that are renting. The worst part is just received a notice for rent increase while I live in a home I cant even wash my a** in.

      At move in we werent told where our mailbox was located or when trash/ recycle days were. We asked Mynd multiple times w/ no response. It took a month to get this info. There was also no remote for the living room light/fan. 3 weeks later they said a new remote was on its way. Then they said it was under a **** in our front yard. It rained the night before & covered only with bubble wrap, so the batteries leaked. The remote did not work nor did it come with instructions. On 9/4/22 we put in a ticket for our AC. The upstairs was >10 degrees hotter & would take OVER 3 HOURS to go down 1 degree. 2 weeks later Mynd scheduled appt on 9/23/22 & 10/5/22, but no one came. We called the ************* said that Mynd NEVER reached out to them so we scheduled an appointment with them for 10/12/22. They said we needed to replace our air filters bc & that they couldnt work on the airflow because it required duct work & didnt specialize in that. This issue was never fixed. On 10/3/22, we got an email to winterize our house, so We hired a company. On 11/10/22, a man showed up saying Mynd sent them. Mynd replied 11/15/22, saying Well find out what happened. On 11/23/22 they asked to close the communication, which we said that we had still not heard why this happened. The communication was then closed. We never heard back & were never reimbursed for winterization.On 5/16/23, our doorknob came loose, wouldnt latch or lock. We emailed & put in a service ticket. Mynd didnt respond until 5/19, saying theyre working on a *********** wouldnt be reimbursed if we fixed it. State law says this needed to be fixed within 24 hours. Because of the lag in communication, we fixed the doorknob ourselves. We messaged over nine times about reimbursement & were denied. We got an email on 5/8/23 about an inspection if we were renewing our lease. We let Mynd know that we wouldnt be renewing. 3 weeks later, 2 different people tried to show up for an inspection.

      Mynd is a nightmare to deal with. They have no first-hand knowledge of their properties and will spring utilities and other charges on you with 24 hour notice before applying late fees. Avoid them if possible!

      They are terrible they dont return calls they keep the rent and tell the owner it was kept for some kind of repair but no receipts or invoices are ever given or disclosed to back up the reason they didnt provide the rent to the owner. They owe the owner money and keep promising it and never deliver it

      Moved into a unit and the Fridge/Laundry both were nonfunctioning day 1. The Laundry was a major issue, required construction, drywall repair, ************.... For 2 months, I work with the various vendors to get the property into an actual working condition. Mynd has fought me every step of the way for any kind of reimbursement. After 2 months the Laundry is still not fixed and all they have offered is reimbursement in 200 dollars for my application fee. No appreciation for what we have gone through in our rental property these last 2 months. Its been an incredibly stressful moving experience. Professional grifters, stay away if you are a renter.

      This company is really scamming people. Not to mention that I had an eviction court this morning. The person that came to represent them had no clue about my situation or what was going on. After I had proof showing the judge everything. And even when I told them I was going to receive help for back rent but not court fees. They refused to take any money. But the person who came in to represent them told the judge she was willing to take any funds going towards the back rent. Not mention I wasnt given a date to be evicted from the house. So what is really going on? Nothing sounds right at all & I didnt receive court papers after showing up today
