      ************* management has been doing a fantastic job having helped put my rental up for rent while it was in bad shape after a long term tenant had just moved out. I really appreciate MYND and their staff and would recommend the management of property to anyone.Best regards,**********

      Overall performance has been excellent. My only concern is high turnover in my point of contact at MYND. It seems like each year I have a new point of contact.

      Mynd been none but Good to me they have been very patient any problem I have weather it's a Question or maintenance request I Get a Response immediately they literally Get the job done ASAP . & They have Great vendors My experience with mynd 10/10 .

      I have been a landlord since 2 years now and have taken help from Mynd from the beginning. ***************** and her team has helped take care of the house nicely thus far and I am confident that it will continue to be good.       I have been in a rental for the past 20 years. So when the owner decided to sell I didnt know what way to turn. Mynd is thee absolute best property management company I will ever have to go through ever again until I buy my own property! The staff have been so amazing I dont have any concerns! They have been helpful through this transformation! I highly recommend Mynd! You wont have any regrets!!!!!!!! They are 110% amazing!

      Mynd has been excellent. We just moved two properties to them, 1 with a tenant and 1 without. They quickly onboarded our homes and our tenant. With our vacant home, they worked with a sense of urgency that was reassuring and refreshing to see. Our house was rented much faster than I expected. I highly recommend using Mynd. FWIW, we are considering unfurnishing our furnished units and flipping them to Mynd to manage. They run this company like a true business and not like a mom and pop property management company.
