    I've had my smoker for just under 4 years now and it has been great. Holds temp just as well if not better than my *******. Super easy to use and clean out. We throw everything on there from garlic bread to brisket and the consistency is unmatched with other pellet grills I've used. Only downside with mine is I had to purchase a WIFI meat probe. Highly recommend, I will definitely be getting another Z Grill when it is time to upgrade.

    Bought a *-Grill 10002B in July of 2022. It has been absolutely wonderful - briskets, pork butts, the Easter ham, chicken, and vegetables. Works very well - so good that we only used our gas grill a handful of times since getting the * Grill. I usually use two smoke tubes to get even more smokey flavor when doing pork butts. Last week I was doing three massive butts, all was going well, and was almost at the end, with two wrapped butts left, when an ember fell out of the smoke tube, onto the grease pan, and caught fire. It was pretty bad - but eventually got it out with no damage to the meat - but the smoker was a mess. Bare metal where the inside coating blistered and a layer of very hard baked on coating. I keep my grill in pristine condition - so this was all a result of the fire. The next day I removed the pellet feeder and scrubbed and scrubbed, got the power washer out and even with a 10 degree nozzle - it would not get the black layer off. Put everything back together and it worked ok - it just looks a mess. On the off chance I might be able to get a barrel and lid replacement, I called *-Grills and had a wonderful conversation with Destiny. For a very very reasonable cost, they are shipping me a new barrel and lid with the two gaskets needed. I was already a * Grill fan - but this kind of help has made me a * Grill fan forever. Thank you so much !!

    I would never by from this company again. My pellet smoker bbq I bought on Amazon broke down in less than 1 and half years. They kept wanting me to put in a motor put in a fan. Are they serious . No other company has ever asked fir the customer to wire in a new motor how absurd. I'm not an engineer. I have not the slightest clue how to do this.They don't even give an option for replacing product. Just want you to fix there mess. By American this company doesn't deserve our business.

    On my third grill cover needing to be ordered, called Zgrills for another replacement and also brought up that grill sometimes gets a little out of temperature range. Destiny was awesome help and stated that she will send me a new cover and new control board free of charge. Have had my grill for about 5 years now and have never had an issue. Their customer service is top notch and look forward to continue business with them! Let be my grill and have always recommend them to everyone that that asks what kind to buy!!

    Got my grill in 2020 works great had a couple parts stop working emailed them and each time had new parts in the mail in about a week if this one dies I will purchase another one worth it

    This company does not stand behind their products. Customer service is terrible-I have left multiple phone messages, used the chat feature, and sent emails to their service address all to no avail. I bought a grill in mid-May and have not been able to use it once due to a faulty probe that supposedly is out of stock. It’s now August. What a joke. Spend your money somewhere else.

    I have read the reviews for zgrill and I must say that I didn't have the problems that most of the bad reviews have had. Two years ago I bought a 450 zgrill (the smaller and cheaper one) to try it out and I was very happy with it but for some reason it just wouldn't hold temp anymore and the temp was going all over the place. I call zgrill support and talked with two great ladies (Destiny and Kiesha) and they walked me through replacing parts but that didn't do the trick so Destiny told me that she would order me a new grill and ship it to my house. After a week I never go the grill and come to find out it was back ordered so she sent me an upgrade grill (a little smaller but it has more bells and whstles 450B) and it works GREAT.
    Just a shout out to both Destiny and Kiesha for there great service and to zgrill for taking care of me.

    Perfect customer service. I have had my z grill for 3 years and I love it. When I did have an issue with the grill I have called customer service and they are awesome. They have gone far and beyond to make sure my grill is working perfectly and my happiness is met. I would recommend z grills to anyone. The product is great but the customer service is amazing!!!! Give them a try you will not be let down.

    This is a fantastic company and I LOVE my Zgrill 10002b2e. Everytime I have called support I have gotten immediate assistance. Again, Fantastic company and I would recommend it to anyone. Ignore these bad reviews. Excellent value.
