    We bought a Z Grill smoker in October 2018 and have smoked a lot of great tasting food (beef, pork, chicken, fish and even pizza on a stone) you name we've smoked it. Grilling season is not only in the summer, we grill all year long. This grill is highly recommended. **********

    Recently purchased a Blind box/Mystery grill from ZGrill official website online for the price of $442 dollars including tax was advertised online that I would receive the latest Zgrill. After taking my money I received a 3 year outdated grill that customers received 3 years ago in the blindbox/mystery deal they offer. I suggest you do your research before purchasing any grills with this company as they sent an older grill with newer models listed for a cheaper price at tractors supply and *********** I reached out to customer support by email and phone and after nearly 12 hours received an email indicating that they would not honor their best price guarantee nor will they accept a refund even within the 30 day window and grill in brand new condition unpackaged!! IN MY OPINION DECEIVING CUSTOMERS IS A CRIME AND FALL ADVERTISEMENT BY ******!! Zgrill does not honor their word and definitely does not value their customer base. EXTREME BUYER BEWARE!!

    This company lacks customer support. Bought a ********* pellet grill through Amazon. Put this grill together carefully and tried initial setup for the grill. Got an error message and followed the instructions per the owners manual and got the same message. Called for customer support and left my callback number. Never received a call back. Found their webpage and tried their chat feature but it was down even though I tried during their working hours. I then send them an email through their website and no answer from that. Decided with the lack of customer support, I would just return this grill. I started the return process through Amazon and received responses from ZGrill through Amazon. They have approved my return but want me to pay the shipping charges on this 100 pound grill that I had to put together. Bad enough that this grill is defective but now they want me to pay to ship it back after I put it together.

    I bought a Zgrill call the beast. After purchasing it I received it in a fairly quick time. I put it together the day I received it. I was anxious to start smoking my first brisket. However, the electronic controls were not come on fan would not come on. Nothing worked. I tried contacting ZGrills, but no one answers their phones. You have to leave a message and hope they call you back. It took me two days to finally get someone to call me back and they said they would send me a new part, but would take a week or more to get it. I still have not received it. I tried calling back again and asking for a tracking number. No one returns my calls, although the lady was pleasant when they called me back the first time, its almost not existent Customerservice. You cant reach by personally its frustrating. Now Im stuck with a grill that doesnt work at all. Still waiting for the electronic controls to be sent, now Ive wasted $100 bucks on a grill that doesnt work.

    **************** was extremely helpful and I am happy that I purchased from Z-Grill; it is extremely well made and I put it together alone with ease (700D4E). Although I did not get the correct box, however customer service responded and sent the correct box due to a shipping error...this does happen even through Amazon so I understood. I received the correct box within 4 days and put the grill together with ease. I contacted customer support regarding installation of a shelf and left a message and received a callback and response to my email within 2 days; patience is needed as good staff are hard to find; I was completely satisfied with *****'s help and direction and advised me that he will assist me with any help that was needed going forward. Bad reviews can make or break a company and not all reviews reflect the outcome just like when newspapers make mistakes the retraction is in the smallest print that no one will read. Once the weather dries up I cannot wait to fire it up and know that if I have any questions, customer service will call me back in a few days.

    TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Grill Model = ************ You would think a $1200 grill would properly function longer than a year and five months. The grill will not heat up to much more than 295 degrees when normally it hits 500 degrees in a matter of ***** minutes, depending on weather. There are 3 error codes in RED on the screen of the grill....1 for fan, 1 for temp and 1 for auger. Initial call to Z Grills on 11/1/23 went fairly well and i was told the controller was the issue and i should receive it within 3-5 business days. After a week and a half and no part, i emailed them only to receive a reply stating the part was on back order. (Could they not let me know that without me having to reach out?) Two more weeks go by, still nothing, so i reach out again, and they said they would get with the "manager" to rush the part to me, and offered two free bags of pellets. (What am i supposed to use the pellets in?) So, i reached out for the third time a couple days ago stating i wanted my money back and their customer service was awful. They replied this morning by saying only that the part is now OUT OF STOCK. Not only did they expect me to replace the controller, now they cannot even remember which excuse they last told me as to why i do not have my part. I also reached out to the authorized dealer where i purchased the grill, so hopefully they can offer some assistance, although in no way is this a reflection on them, other than carrying a companies brand that does not stand behind their product.

    I purchased a ZPG700E almost 2 years ago. Grill has been a great addition to our family outings. Never experienced any problems at all until the Tuesday before Thanksgiving last week. Smoke was going great and them started coming out of the pellet ******, fan began to drag as well as the auger motor. With one quick call with Destiny in customer service I have been promised that a new ******, burner assembly is on its way to me. Very caring customer service and I still absolutely love my Z Grill.

    I'm shocked at all the bad reviews but I guess most people only write reviews when something goes wrong . I've been meaning to write a review but I've been slacking. After Thanksgiving I finally remembered to write one. I mean I had to after we cooked a 24 lb turkey in the bad boy. It was so tasty and juicy! Haha. If I could attach the picture I would but it doesn't allow it. We've had our smoker for maybe over a year now and first use we might have over cooked it but that was our own error. Haha we got the hang of it. My mom and brother also own one. Great smoker . I think it's one of the 700 series but can't think at the top of my head . I'd def recommend.

    Jt the worst customer service Ive ever seen.Ive been trying to order a new cover for a year now and they never have them stock. They will never be BBB accredited.
