    We purchased the Thor 18 inch wine refrigerator in Sept 2020. Just barely two years later, in Nov 2022, the wine fridge stopped cooling. It was deemed non-repairable. STAY FAR AWAY from this brand of wine refrigerators. They are just made to last past the warranty period.

    I want to express my deep concerns and dissatisfaction with the 36" electric range I purchased from Thor Kitchen via ********** in May 2021. I have faced a series of significant issues that have not only posed a potential safety hazard but have also caused inconvenience to me and my family. Shortly after purchasing the range, while using it we experienced a severe electrical spark that was emitted from rear of the appliance. Upon contacting ********** regarding this alarming incident, I was redirected to the manufacturer for a solution. Thor Kitchen promptly dispatched a technician who identified the root cause as an improperly terminated wire connection. While I appreciated the quick response, such a severe oversight in a product's manufacturing is deeply concerning. The second issue arose a little over a year after purchase. While using the front right burner, it began emitting smoke accompanied by the unmistakable odor of burning wires. I immediately reached out and a technician was assigned to my case, Case# TG20220624YF001. I was informed that parts were required for the repair and they would be ordered promptly. It is now nearing the end of October and I am still awaiting these replacement parts, which I understand are on backorder. Today, I encountered yet another set of malfunctions with the range. The oven stopped working completely the convection fan and oven light are also now not working. It is becoming evident that the range I purchased might have systemic manufacturing or quality control issues. I would also like to highlight that the customer service experience has been far from satisfactory. Each time I reached out, I felt met with an unfriendly and dismissive attitude, further exacerbating my frustration. With the holiday season rapidly approaching, this range is essential for our family meals and gatherings. I am worried about the prospect of not being able to cook for my loved ones during this crucial time.

    I should have read the reviews before purchasing a ************* Range. The customer service is horrible. We opened a claim for a technician to come out and evaluate the problem. The technician sees the problem and of course the technician doesnt have the part and it takes weeks for the part to come from *****. We have the part now and I made 3 phone calls to customer service to see if I can get the technician to come install the part. I call Thor Kitchen in ******* ** each time waiting 15 minutes stating I am the 10th caller and listening to their horrible music the phone disconnects. There is no such thing as customer service, Its self service!

    Zero actual customer service. I have been trying for 3 years to purchase a single replacement part without success. I have to conclude that their customer service is a sham.

    I have to give them 1 star???? Thor customer service is horrendous! We purchased a Thor 36 inch tilt panel gas range in April 2023. It worked great till June, then started throwing E17 Error and oven would not work.They sent a repair man from A&E 1 trip just to check that it was throwing an error.Ordered the parts from Thor and they did not send the Cooling Fan which is the 3rd item in the service manual to replace.... They replace the other ****did not work, so they had to order the Cooling Fan, which took another week. It took 1 month for it to get repaired Now September, it is throwing the E17 Error again.It has been 3 days since I sent a service request and have not heard back from anyone. Called their Service phone number and you just get an answering service. They said someone would respond in 24 hours. I have heard from no one.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

    Thor customer service is horrendous! We purchased a Thor 36 inch tilt panel gas range in March 2023. It worked great until I went to preheat the oven and it didnt heat up. I filled out the warranty form to have someone look at it after I had to send them my proof of purchase. They sent a repair man from A&E he was in my kitchen for a total of 6 minutes and said its your heating element. We will have to order part through Thor otherwise it will void the warranty. After 2 weeks of not hearing back I called **** and was told the part was never ordered & they would order right away. Another 2 weeks went by and again the part was never order ordered. Just called them again since its been 5 weeks with a working oven and I was told they will have to call me back . I dont recommend this company at all!

    Customer Service is terrible! I have been talking to customer service since August 11th about the problem with my oven. Correction- I heard from them once since then. They told me about how the oven is supposed to work, not what is actually wrong with my oven. Here is my problem. I turn on the oven to 350 and it maxes out at 300 for about 10 minutes then it drops to 175 degrees. No matter what temperature I set it at, it does the exact same thing. My stovetop works great, thank goodness! Now I have been ghosted by customer service. I have a 6 burner, 36” professional gas range and paid a PRETTY penny for this. I would expect MUCH BETTER customer service.

    Worse customer service ever.
    We bought an electric range back in June. The oven stopped working after two weeks even though we didn’t use it. It is August 31 today and we’ve been going back and forth with customer service trying to get it fixed. Nothing has been done yet and they are not willing to exchange it. This is so frustrating.
    Do not shop there.

    One year old 30 inch gas oven with gas stove top.Multiple problems so far.
    Month one- thermostat replaced.
    Within first year- oven would not work. Gas controller need to he replaced.
    Three weeks ago stovetop igniter broke and still not fixed.
    Horrible customer service. It takes at least 3 weeks for tech to get to house then has to troubleshoot issue all while we cannot cook meals. I will NOT buy or reccomend Thor product to anyone. Very dissapointed

    I have the 36 inch gas range, not even 5 years. Appliance repairman diagnosed too many problems, not worth fixing. I also read others complain of hot knobs? The door doesn't even shut properly, CO poisoning leaking out. Wish I had read reviews as well. DO NOT BUY this brand of appliances. Now it goes to the dump.
