    This company is a literal joke for how much they charge for their appliances. We purchased the tilt screen 36" range. Worked perfectly for 2 weeks, then the oven started throwing an E17 code. The code says it's a problem with the cooling fan. We called our distributor to have them fill out a service ticket with thor. First, we never heard back from them. After 2 weeks our distributor called them to see where we were with the problem. They approved for us to have someone fix it. And we scheduled with our distributor. The day they were to come out, thor reached out to them and said to wait, that they knew what the problem was because they "have been having this problem often" and would send out a new fan to be replaced. After a week of waiting to hear approximately when the fan would come in we were made aware that thor ordered the wrong part, a thermostat, and they would NOW order the right one but it would be 30-60 days out. Meanwhile I've already been a month without a working oven. They then decide we will get a replacement range. The story we got from them is that they were aware of the problem 2 months after they started selling them. They fixed it and we apparently got an old model. We were being sent a new model that shouldn't have these issues. 2 days after being told were getting a replacement, they change their story and now we're getting a refund. Overall am ABSOLUTELY disappointed in how this whole situation has been handled and I wish I would have seen these reviews before we purchased over $10,000 worth of appliances. We will be returning the rest of our appliances in fear that if we have problems with the rest of them, we will have the same outcome. DO NOT PURCHASE THESE APPLIANCES!!

    I wish I head read all of these Thor reviews prior to making my purchase. Same story different client. It's really sad, the brand definitely has potential. I bought the 3 piece package. Refrigerator came in damaged I was told I would get 300 dollar credit for dent. This was back in March 2023 and I have yet to get credit. The 48 inch gas range large oven stopped working after one use. I have had A&E technician out 2 times, was supposed to come a third I took off work and no call no show. Goin on 2.5 months and still not fixed. I do have a rescheduled appointment. Hopefully a&e shows up and fixes my problem. I have had it at this point. Not really happy with Thor or the contracted technician.

    Purchased the 48" commercial oven. Received the original one in Feb 2023. I say original because the first stove did not heat properly, and Thor could not find a service company
    They sent a replacement, however was up to us to dispose of original stove. WHAT! Thank goodness place we purchased came for it.
    Welp, second stove SAME issue. Thor found a service company, however 3 visits later.. a lot of he said/she said the stove sits and no refund. The comment continues to be "we will try this". So, since Feb 2023; and we are now in mid July I have had no stove!

    Purchased an electric range in late April. Oven is non operational going on week 4. 2 service technicians have been out and the issue is still not resolved. currently waiting on 3 more parts, I think they are just sending anything that ‘might’ fix the issue and a service call at the end of this week. Just spoke with customer service - which is a complete joke. They actually don’t care one bit and offer no resolution - they did offer to ‘extend my warranty.’ That’s a joke state law already has an implied warranty for 4 years. All the offer to extend the warranty says to me is they fully expect this is break again.

    We purchased a 36” Thor duel fuel
    Range 3 years ago. The electrical oven has stopped working. NO appliance service company will touch this range. Before buying anything with the Thor Kitchen brand name one might want to check to see if any local appliance repair company will work on Thor Kitchen products. Wish we had done better research before investing in this piece of junk! Buyer beware!

    They fridge new fridge they sold me came full roaches and dents, they sent another one and even it had little dents! They never refunded the $600 agreed too… and it hasn’t even been a year yet since I have had their fridges one regular and one drawer under counter. I have only used microfiber and legit stainless steel cleaners on these fridges and the coating is peeling everywhere. The doors don’t shut all of the way…. they are horrible! Do not buy these!

    WORST APPLIANCE EVER! - 30" Gas range. Everything you read on these pages is true. Igniters faulty - oven door won't close properly - dangerous gas and heat escaping. Cannot use knobs during oven use, it will burn your hands. When heating, oven sounds like an internal explosion. Burner flames wildly erratic, noisy too. No warranty support. It took months to get minimum service, which was incompetent. This product should not be allowed for sale anywhere!

    I wouldn’t want this brand again. The builder put it in before I bought the house. From the beginning, here are the issues I’ve experienced-
    Oven doesn’t brown food evenly;
    Oven temps need to be increased, ex: for 350, set at 360;
    Unless I cook with a higher flame, burners constantly click;
    When using stovetop, it sounds like a butane tank opened at full blast;
    I’ve had the burner parts replaced twice for discoloration.
    I had a Viking in a previous home and had no problems whatsoever. Once this range goes out, it’s coming out. These things are what I have experienced so you may want to research a Thor prior to buying.

    We purchased a Thor mini fridge and it died within the warranty period. We have been given the runaround by customer service for almost a year. Still nothing.

    The worst stove ever. I spent $2,500 on it and it started giving me problems not even 3 months in. Customer service is not helpful and everyone the tech comes out fixes the current issue but then it comes back. It’s a never ending cycle. This has been the most expedience stove I bought and the worst. Even cleaning it is a hassle. I do not recommend.
