      I reached out to get refunded the amount I prepaid on services that have gone unfulfilled. The customer service team does not respond and it has been about a month I've been trying to get an answer.

      On 2/12/24 I paid $657 for deep cleaning service which was fully covered by the insurance company, I contacted the insurance and they told me that it was fully covered and the ** should refund my money, when I brought it to their attention on March 3rd they offered a $525 refund within 30 to 45 days from the date of 3/3/24 when I filed the complaint, today is 4/1/24 I just got off the phone and was told the complaint wasn't files in March but on Aprile, they keep changing the filing date and extending it by one month, can you help me and recover the $525 They charged me $132 for the Tropical application of fluid which I had no idea about

      In January 2024 I signed a contracted a Braces services for my Grandaughter *********************************. She is 14 years old, and She started the treatment on January and post appointment is very difficult to get it for following, She just receive two appointments and then They argue the office will be close for whole week on April. She needs attention in her denture, and I tried different times to speak to customer service trying to find a solution however they never called me. I suspended the Payment of the bank because, curiuosly they definitively intent to charge.Please, I would like to get support from the BBB because This kind of service is too bad and unprofessional.

      MY CHILD HAD AN APPOINTMENT TODAY AT 10AM. THE OFFICE WAS CALLING HER BY THE WRONG NAME IN WHICH SHE DIDNT RESPOND BECAUSE ITS NOT HER NAME. THE MANAGER CALLED ME BACK DUE TO ME CALLING HER SAYING MY CHILD HAD HER EARPHONES IN AND DIDNT HEAR HER NAME, IN WHICH WHY DIDNT THEY TAP ON HER IF THATS THE EXCUSE! THEY SHOULD LEARN HOW TO ACCOMMODATE CLIENTS FOR THE MISTAKES THEY MAKE!

      I went to an appointment I had for a cleaning and they let me know that the service will be $1104. I said that was too much and that I needed to think about it. I never signed anything or got the service. A few days later I started receiving calls daily from their corporate office saying that I needed to pay my outstanding balance. I let them know that I never received those services and they told me I needed to take it up with the local office I visited. I tried multiple phones calls and even went in person. Every single person I spoke to said that they couldnt see a balance and that I should ignore the calls. The last person I tried to speak with left me on hold and hung up. I spoke with their corporate billing and they said they couldnt help me. Meanwhile I get calls every day from them saying I need to pay. I have filed a complaint with my insurance and Western Dental corporate but nothing has been cleared up. I am worried this will go to collections and ruin my credit. This complaint is for their office at ***************************************

      I am very, very disappointed in the service that I received at this office. I have been very patient with the dentist and staff, including an appointment taken an hours and seem as if everyone was in a disarray however, I still was patiently waiting because I was excited about having my dental work completed This turned out to be an unprofessional experience. The dentist cut my mouth twice on two different occasions and was very aggressive with treatment. Keep in mind I was only having some cosmetic work done. I did not require extensive dental work because I have a private dentist take very good care of my regular dental hygiene. The issue came in because his staff miscommunicated some information about my dental work, returning to the office by a certain date and with my travel schedule I was scheduling the work accordingly so that I could be completed with the work because I know that I wont be available certain months . Hey staff, member also told me that everything would arrive at the same time and I would receive my crown and dental work in two weeks from that conversation. Well, Im sure after reading this long review you understand that that did not happen either. I only communicated the correct information. I couldve made the choice not to begin certain dental work . I went to my appointment and the dentist was high upset because I was under the impression that I was leaving with my dental work and he told me its going to be a couple of more visits and I expressed to him that is not what the office staff explained to me at the beginning of treatment nor did they express that yesterday when they scheduled my appointment after I called in to ask if it had arrived and was told yes so therefore I was really really excited and I told the office worker can I go ahead and come in the same day because Im ready to leave with my dental work and and she stated yes and scheduled my appointment for like two hours later . After I saw the dentist it went downhill!!!

      Western Dental is unethical. They convinced me to get treatments I didnt need and that dental insurance doesnt cover.On 1/18/2024 I had my first appointment at Western Dental. I needed a mouth guard for when I sleep. I was at the office for a total of 3 hours. The x-ray technician took scans of my mouth. The doctor came in and didnt speak one word to me. He just reviewed my scans with the nurse and left the room. I never saw my scans nor were they explained to me. The hygienist came in and I told her I need a mouth guard for sleeping and she said they would do a mold for my night guard. Then she told me that I really needed a special deep clean thats done with a laser in 2 sessions. To prevent my teeth and gums from being in a bad state again I also needed to get this at home treatment of periodontal trays and special solution so my gums dont bleed and deteriorate. She insisted and made it seem absolutely necessary. Then they sent in the finance person to give me a cost breakdown sheet of those 3 things as well as other cleanings, cavities, and other treatments. It was a long extensive sheet and she said they could put me on a payment plan with Care Credit. I already had Care Credit so she just needed my card. I asked if I really needed all this and she said yes and did not give me any other options for what they could do instead.I get the impressions for everything and do 1/2 a deep clean as well as schedule the other half. After doing some research the at home treatment has bad to no reviews and doesnt necessarily work. When I go back to the Western I talk to the finance person and tell her I no longer want the treatment. She says the trays are made in a special lab and since they are already complete there is nothing they can do and I have to pay. I ask her to let me know what services they have completed with me and tell her I wont be coming back for more cleanings or other dental work listed on my bill so they need to lower my bill with Care Credit. She said they would and they still have not lowered my bill after 2 months.

      March 23, 2024 I went to western dental for full mouth extractions.Dentist ************** gave me multiple shots of local Anesthesia. I told him and the assistant that I feel everything with that so I would need Anesthesia or a sedative to proceed With extracting. I felt one lower right molar being broken half And he left it that way. He continued to pull three teeth on the bottom left molars to which broke and he had to drill them out, I did not heal properly. He could not finish the job because I was screaming, crying, shaking, swallowing pieces of my teeth. The assistant was not fully communicating with me as to what the dentist was saying ************** did not speak English, and I did not speak Spanish or instant. The assistant After ************* left the room the third time that he will have to refer me to someone else. I was asked to leave immediately so I got up went to front desk, asked for ice for my face. They would not provide ice or any after care instructions. I was given a prescription for amoxicillin and 325 mg Tylenol. I bled for 4 days. My stitch came out 5 days by itself. I suffered infection, improper healing and mental trauma. As of 4/23/24 I still have pain eating Ear and jaw discomfort I was told I would not feel pain for the procedure

      Owe me Refund since Jan 2024 keep promising and NO Results..refuse to discuss..horrible Service Crooks ?? All I want is what's owed to me Refund # *********..******************* is mgr..and the problem!! Their mistake not ours... Terrible Business Ethics!!! Please Help!!!

      I went to western dental on March 26 th, I was seen for routine examination and X-rays. I was scheduled to have a tooth extracted on the 28th of March. The office canceled my appointment, the excuse was, because the Dr would be out of the office on that day. The message stated, to call the office to reschedule. I did that. I was rescheduled for today at 5:00 pm, to have the extraction. I received a message not a call this time saying my appointment had been canceled, it didnt say to call the office, to reschedule. Just that my appointment had been cancelled. No reason, or explanation why. I called the office today, the excuse was a better Dr. that specializes in extractions would be available on the 22nd of this month. That is the day they wanted to schedule me for. I have paid these people in advance for the extraction. I called their corporate office. They told me it will take 20 to 45 days for a refund to my card, mean while, I have scheduled an appointment with another Dental Office, and I need my money immediately to pay them. They created this issue by not giving me the care I need, and forcing me to go elsewhere. I dont want to be held hostage by a company that doesnt value customer service or support. Please I need this resolved immediately. Thank you.
