      Staff in ******* CA seemed very incompetent. I walked and signed in. Staff never greeted me. I waited in the lobby for about an hour with not a single person acknowledging me then I get a phone call asking me if I was going to make it to my appointment. I tell them, I'm sitting 15 feet away from you watching you call me and I've been here for an hour without so much as a hello. Dentist rushed the treatment. Didn't give enough time for the ********* to take effect before drilling my teeth. I could feel the pain of the drill the entire time.

      Horrible, Money-Hungry Scam with Incompetent Staff and Low-Quality Treatment My experience at Western Dental at *******************************************************. This place is a complete joke. The office staff is shockingly rude, lazy, and completely incompetent. They seem to have no idea what theyre doing and clearly dont care about patients. Every visit, they push unnecessary X-rays with the most absurd excuses-"the new doctor doesnt understand, the X-ray is too old,or it wasnt taken well. Its blatantly obvious theyre just trying to **** money from your insurance.The quality of the treatment is horrendous barely worth a *****. They take forever to start any procedure, and when they do, the results are mediocre at best. After wasting hours in the office, my son only had just 1 filling done when he needed 3, and it wasnt even done properly. I wouldnt trust them to handle anything more serious, as they seem more focused on getting you out the door quickly than providing good care.The waiting time is ridiculousevery appointment is a minimum of two hours of sitting around before anything even happens. Meanwhile, the staff stands around gossiping, completely ignoring the patients. Theres no supervision, no oversight, and no accountability whatsoever. It feels like a free-for-all where the staff does whatever they want with no regard for your time or health.They dont even bother to schedule follow-up appointments, claiming theyre fully booked without checking their system, and then have the nerve to act annoyed when you ask for an appointment. Their attitude is so unprofessional and rudeits like theyre doing you a favor by just existing.If you want to be disrespected, ignored, and overcharged for things you dont need, while receiving low-quality treatment, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, stay far away from this scam of a dental chain. They dont care about anything but draining your insurance, and their staff is an embarrassment to the profession!

      This has got to be the worst dental service ever! It is inconceivable to me how this company would allow such incompetent employees to "provide" customer service. My mother is an elderly person who went in for dentures and to this day Western Dental has not finished the work because every time we had an appointment, whether my brother or I took her to it they would tell us that the doctor want there on that day or we did not have an appointment. One young lady told me to disregard any email and phone call from their phone center unless they are from the Indio location. Absoloutelly absurd!!!

      Attempted to transfer my daughter care from ****** to ******* area, and all I keep getting is the run around. However, they harass my phone every chance they get when it is time to make a payment, but they dragging their feet when it comes to continuation of services. This company is about to be looking at a law suit.

      I had two appointments, and both were handled poorly. My first appointment on 9/24 involved a long wait; I wasn't seen until 5:55 PM, just before they closed at 6 PM, despite arriving at 4:30 PM. My second appointment on 10/9 was even worse. I adjusted my schedule to accommodate their request to move my appointment earlier, only to wait over four hoursfrom 12:30 PM to 4:30 PMjust to be told I couldnt receive the cleaning I was scheduled for.The staff was polite, but their scheduling system is a mess, and they consistently overbook. I was treated like my time didnt matter. The lack of communication and disregard for patient care is unacceptable. I wouldnt recommend this office to anyone.

      Worst care ever! I go there for urgent care and end up trying to get dentures. Which isn't so bad but trying to wait another 2 weeks when I have a tooth that needs to be pulled is not caring what so ever!!! So 2 weeks go by and my phone is blowing up for them to clean my teeth, Which got approved. mind you I just got done getting a cleaning somewhere else. There only concern is making that buck! So while telling them I would do that when the denture approval was ready they got real pushy. Finally I asked what was happening with the approval and they didn't know. They got back to me and said they FORGOT TO SUBMIT THE PAPERWORK!! So another 3 weeks with a bad tooth giving me hell, Thank God for Sensodyne toothpaste, and this place doesn't give a rats ass about people care they only care about the $$$. Don't go to place that don't care!

      Absolutely garbage of service they give. Sat for an hour waiting to be seen with no updates at all. All while the front desk lady (who is married) was flirting with the security guard who wasnt even doing his job. All he did was lean across her desk while the flirted in front of everyone. Absolutely disrespect towards the people sitting there listening to them while waiting in line to be seen. But heyI guess its her bday and thats more important than working at work. ****** is a dump of a place and this shows the type of people who live here.

      Western Dental harassing for a mistake they made in Billing in 2018. I lost my job in 2018. I called Western Dental on June 29, 2018 and told them there won't be anymore Insurance Coverage, as I got laid off. "Tell me the total outstanding ****** including the Insurance portion and I will pay it upfront as I do not want the Orthodontics treatment to be stopped for my son", I said. The Representative said they have a Campaign running now and if I pay in Full Payment he can get me a discount. I agreed and asked him to tell me the Final discounted amount for a Final and Final Payment including the Insurance portion. He made calculations, made me wait on the call for hours to get his Supervisor's approval and then told me a Final ****** of $877.42. I told my Credit card number over phone and he completed the transaction on June 30, 2018. They did not send any statement or confirmation after this transaction was ******* December 2023, it came to my knowledge that there is an Outstanding bill ****** on this Account. I called to let them know that I made a Full Payment in June 30, 2018. I was told that the Representative had not added the Insurance portion in that ******. Their Internal Audit came checking and found this and there is now an Outstanding amount of $946.01. I have to pay or it will go to Collections. I told them that I called in 2018 only to say that there will be no more Insurance coverage as I lost job and gave my Credit card number to pay the Full ****** they quoted. It is not my mistake. They were not ready to listen. I then gave my current Insurance's details. They then sent the bill to my current Insurance provider. My Insurance provider released few payments in 2024. Again in Sep 9, 2024, they called to say there is an Outstanding ****** of $836.33 and it is going to Collections. Looks like they didn't send Clarifications to Insurers. Western Dental's Internal Audit caught it again and they closed Account and are sending to Collections.
