1 starA f****** joke. When they call me back, they give me a cup of mouthwash and apparently that is the only cleaning I ever get, a self-administered 15-second mouthwash. They take some x-rays, so hurried that the tech has to redo several shots and then the doctor sees me. He asks me what were doing. He actually doesnt know. He starts by checking my gums. Then he starts trying to sell me on all these products with videos on an iPad. He keeps asking how long its been since my last cleaning and I kept asking him if he was gonna get to the cleaning but he wouldnt answer. He was so mumbly and shifty and said they never do cleanings without going through insurance and payment plans. Finally he sends me up to the front desk where the person informs me a cleaning will be over $900 copay (I have ***************** ***!! She says they dont do regular cleanings if your teeth need severe treatment (mine dont) and only do intense deep cleans, which would cost the $900. When I told her that every other dentist I've ever had does a routine cleaning with the annual check she said that wasn't normal and they didn't. Gaslit me so hard I had to go check with my roommate that dental cleanings were a normal thing. They felt so unprepared, unpersonnable, and scammy the entire time. AVOID!!!!!Review fromShelita C

1 starI *************************** was a patient at this dentist office Brident Dental & Orthodontics **********************************. ******************* oral surgeon written up plan dental plan for me to get dentures and implants in November 2022. ******************** and the office manager was suppose to send an Prior Authorization Form and signature to my insurance company ******** DentaQuest to verify if my insurance would pay for these procedures. A Prior- Authorization Form is to make sure a patient procedures is to check patients dental coverage to see if their insurance was approved or denied. ******************* went ahead of my insurance company and started the implants procedure in January 2023. ******************* started the dental surgery with out DentaQuest permission. Brident Dentistry filed a Claim to receive payment and was denied. An Prior Authorization is required to start any type of dental procedure on a patients mouth. I had an dental appointment on May 9, 2023 and the office manager **************** made me aware that ******************* could not finish the rest of the dental procedure and I left out of there office with no teeth and I still have the implants screws in my mouth. I went back to their office several times to see if they can finish dental procedure I was refused without Prior - Authorization they were at fault and should not have worked on my mouth with out the proper paperwork. Today I am still have problems with my mouth hurting. I still am getting infections in my mouth. and have to chop up my food in a blender to eat. I am on BBB to tell my story do not go to any Brident Dental & Orthodontics because a person will treated unfairly. I don't want any one else to experience what I just went through run and go the other way to look for another dentist that will treat a patient with love, respect, and care. They have lied that this has not happened and ******** did their investigation and their office admitted they were at fault and this is negligence.Review fromLevan U

1 starWestern Dental Review (*************************************)**********, Decent Care, and IT ************* I received at Western Dental was fine once I was actually seen, but the waiting time is unbearable. Expect to wait an hour or more every time you visit. My appointments often took 2-3 hours, and I still had to come back the following week because they were too busy to finish the treatment. To make matters worse, theres sometimes not enough seating in the waiting room, so you might find yourself leaning against a wall for a ******** three weeks, I had to make three separate visitsonce for X-rays, once for a prognosis check-up (which couldve been done during the first visit), and finally for a cleaning. When they tried to make me come back a fourth time, I had to put my foot down. The disconnect between the appointment times and their ability to see patients is mind-boggling. Its such a waste of time that Id rather forgo my terrible ********************* and skip the fillings until I can find a better dentist.On top of that, Western Dental seems to have some serious IT issues. The first time I wasnt able to be seen because their internet system went down, and at one point, one of the admin workers was locked out of their email. Basic-functionality IT problems like these should not be happening in a company of this size and scale. Ironically, they gave me a QR code to write a review and provide feedback, but only the star rating mechanism workedthe feedback form itself couldnt be submitted. This only reinforces my concerns about their IT ***************** seems like theyre severely understaffed. Either hire more dentists or adjust the number of patients you can realistically see in a day. That said, I hope they dont compromise the quality of care, as thats the only thing keeping them afloat. The staff, both admin and dental, were wonderful to interact with, but theyre clearly stuck in a broken systemlikely due to poor upper management.Review fromAmy D

1 star************ Dentistry with Brident *************************************I have had a billing issue with them for four years! No one returns calls, no one returns emails, not even the director. They keep sending me to collections, when they are the ones that did not submit the bill correctly and try to submit multiple bills for the same procedure. ***************** and past employees have advised me to take them to court because they actually owe me money. A simple mistake they made, could take 10 minutes to fix and not one person with this company can take the time to take care of it.Review fromGlenn L

1 starNo way to connect with actual dentist, just voicemail ****, going in circles with press 1 for miserable service, press 2 for no care, press 3 and you will be disconnected. No way to email records that they requested. Office is closed more often than open. Have implants from another dentist that they cant service, so back to square one. $&^$#! instead of cussing.Review fromChristian C

1 starThis is a really bad location I was over charged and had to pay upfront and when I came to my appointment they refused to do the work I paid for so I had to go to another dentist due to really bad tooth ache from a broken tooth I requested a refund about 5 month ago and never got a word from the manager I have contacted the corporate office to request a refund and it is said the manager does not want to approve my refund Im assuming i am not the first or only customer with this type of issue so she does not want to approve my refund since it makes her look bad with the corporation really bad management and customer service at this locationReview fromZyla P

1 starThis place is horrible when it comes to customer service. Ive been arguing with their front desk workers over trying to get a root canal. Ive been to two other western dentals & got x rays that says I need a root canal. The doctor at this location on 7st & ******** keeps trying to push a filling on me instead of what I actually needs. He wants me to try a filling first & if that doesnt work then h*** do a root canal. I think thats backwards & a waste of my money in turn which he wants to do but my x rays says I need a root canal. Unfortunately this office is the only office from western dental that has a root canal ********** cant get the proper treatment I need here. Ive been arguing with the receptionist for over a month now about what I need done with my tooth, instead Ive been mistreated, Ive got the worst customer service from them, its a constant ************* in sever pain & just trying to get treatment done. This place is horrible, they dont know how to treat ************* hope BBB can do something about the way they treat customers. Im not a test subject where I will allow them to try one thing & if it doesnt work then get a root canal, thats a waste of my time & again Im not a test subject for this doctor. This place needs a serious change especially with the ********************** they need to be retrained on how to treat and talk to customers! I have a referral from other western dentals saying I need a root canal and they still refusing to do it for me. They forget that there here to help the public not argue or be rude with customers, or tell customers how & what to do with there teeth especially lying saying that they spoke to other doctors when they didnt.In the end its the customers ************ are the ones paying for it. The receptionist shouldnt talk crazy to customers nor argue with them about their teeth! Overall this place ***** & should be reviewed by somebody that can hold them accountable for the way they treat customers.
