    I ordered through a Tv program"************************************.around the end of August,2022, for ******** never received it. Now this company is trying to do a Bait and Switch, an offering me a digital something or other. Plus saying they have an all sales final rule an I have to use my ****** on another of their items? I have PayPal also! I don't want anything from them but my refund.

    I purchased from Stacksocial/Stack Commerce a Babbel Lifetime subscription for $199. When I went to redeem the voucher code, it stated the voucher code had expired. I contacted the company and no response. I tried to file a claim through PayPal and they stated they could not process the refund due to the code being marked as expired. Like other complaints, this company has tried to scam the consumer out of money by distributing expired and used voucher codes.

    I purchased some software (App) from Macworld Shop powered by Stack Commerce. The purchase was on September 9, 2022 for $54.99. Order number ********. I tried to download the software and was told the license was already redeemed. I wrote to the company and they replied with:

I would like to have my money refunded or software from them that works.

    Bought a key from the site the key was used and so i file a complaint sent screen shots each time they either don't read my message completely or they ask for a new round of pics each time not good enough need more alright but first fraud charges because you can't sell me something you don't have or is no longer yours so i will continue to comply but if this fails we move to the next step

    Can't seem to get a return shipping labels from them. They keep redirecting me to another page and everything locks up or blanks out. I'm just trying to return 2 iPads and 2 warranties that I didn't order. I have screenshots of everything but they won't let me even sign in. Just keeps redirecting me to support screen.

    How is it that you charged me $582 dollars and only refunded me for one iPad when the UNITED STATES POST OFFICE returned TWO iPads, plus warranties. Where is my money! You sent two different shipping labels. How hard is this for you to understand. Somebody please do something. Two iPads returned means a refund of $582 not $243.85.

    Stack Commerce finally refunded the money for the other iPad. Thank you BBB if you helped in that but was all this necessary Stack/Mashable just so you can get a little money here and there from hard working people who just give up fighting you. It's a cowardly way to get money. Guess you didn't count on people like me who would take you to court if I had to. I wouldn't care what it cost, it's called principles!

    Purchased a Office 2021 license from StackSocial and tried to claim it but it showed already claimed via Microsoft. So I open a support case with StackSocial and they tell me to open a new Microsoft account to solve the license issue. I proceeded to tell StackSocial that that request was insane as I can have multiple devices using Microsoft software tied to one user so opening a new account is not the right answer.

    It has not been 10 business days and I still do not have a working code.

    After way too much back and forth of this company failing to correctly comprehend what I've said in email communication, I informed them to just close my account. This was maybe about, or close to, a few weeks ago now. However, they're still sending me emails via their lists I'm on.

    I purchased a Microsoft Office Key. Upon receipt, the key was considered 'used' by Microsoft. I wrote two tickets to this company since they do not have a phone number and they have ignored me. I have opened up a fraud case with Capital One credit card.

    I signed up for Sam's Club using Stackcommerce website offer. They promised a $10 credit at Sam's Club for signing up at $15 year. Afterward they sent a satisfaction survey promising a $3 Sam's Club credit. They have never issued either credit.

    I explained the transaction to Stackcommerce and how to reach me. I have not received a response since. They state they cannot link my purchase to their records. I explained I bought the membership using PayPal. I sent a copy of the membership receipt from Sam's Club that has my membership number. I cannot understand how Stackcommerce is unable to link to my account. I am not sending BBB a copy of my Sam's club receipt since you may publically post my account number.
    I still expect Stackcommerce to credit my account or to send me a check.

    I received a notice to redeem a gift card with a code to enter and complete the transaction. I followed the directions and entered the code only to receive the following message:
