I purchased a Windows 11 Pro product key on 03/03/2024 for $34.96 but when I proceeded to try and activate it, I got an error message. I then contacted the support team and was given instructions on how to activate Windows, including using phone activation and telling ********* the key hasn't been install on any computers, but this didn't work but ********* did confirm the key is invalid.Business Response

I recently purchased a Windows 11 Pro key from StackCommerce that does not work and when attempting to redeem via Windows and ********* Store it says the key provided was invalid. I have contacted support and their "attempt" to resolve the issue is them telling me to try again or reinstall windows and then try again (which i shouldn't have to do and didn't work anyways). Purchased this product from their website stacksocial.com, says free federal and state filing. Downloaded and tried to file now saying that I have to pay to file a state return. On their website description it does not say that, it makes you believe you get a free state filing and just have to pay for an additional state return. I paid tbe $21.20 for state for them to tell me the software was out of date and I need to update. I did that and then the software is trying to charge me again for the state. Contacted hr block they told me that I need to contact stacksocial.com where I purchased. I did that and they are telling me they will not refund me since I downloaded the product and is now ignoring my emails now. This is false advertising there is no description on their website saying state is not free. I would like a refund since I'm out $22.50 for the software they sold me and now another $21.20 for a state that didn't even get filed. I attached their website description of product and screen showing they are requesting another $19.99 in order to file a state return. On July 16, 2023 I purchased from Stack Commerce via MajorGeek.com website for a cloud service called Prismdrive(Invoice for order #*****). I spent months trying to get the service to work to no avail. Wasted time and delay tactics from Prismdrive. I finally asked for a refund of the purchase price of $84.77. The refund was approved. However Stack Commerce did not refund my money but only gave me a credit. I email the company saying I did not want any credit but wanted my money back. They now tell me it is too late to refund the money so I get a credit that I do not want for this transaction. To me this company sells a bunch of poor quality items and I wish to do no further business with Stack Commerce. I would like my purchase price refunded back to my PayPal account.Business Response

Please be advised that we have refunded this purchase with store credits, since this is already beyond the 180-day threshold on PayPal for them to permit cash refund.
Thus, even if we want to, we can no longer perform a cash refund for this JUL 2023 purchase.
On top of that, we also added $10 store credits for the inconvenience.
This has been resolved on our end.

I was supposed to buy a ***'s Club new membership for $25. When i went to go to ***'s Club and update it said the coupon was not valid. I did not even know it was a coupon. Then when I tried contacting them no phone number, they only respond to email and then they keep running you around. It is a real scam and I was suppose to be able to go to ***'s Club and begin getting groceries. This is a fraud completely and it happened. 02/05/2024. I telling people now before they get burned.
