    I purchased a software application from StackCommerce but had a problem with the activation code. I submitted a support ticket on a Sunday, not expecting a response until Monday, but had a reply within a few hours with a resolution to my problem. Not only does StackCommerce provide products at very competitive prices, but their customer support is also top notch.

    Yesterday I purchased a product by mistake. I contacted customer service to see if the order can be cancelled. I received a reply with 24 hours that the product did not ship and my order was cancelled. I am impressed. They could have informed me the item was shipped and non cancelable but they did the right thing. Thanks *******.

    The projected delivery date of my Mogics Carsule was June 17. Wow, was I surprised when it arrived on June 6! Super quick and efficient delivery. **************** answered my questions quickly. Couldnt be happier! I will write another review after my scheduled camping trip and after I have used this tent!

    I had a problem with an order that was not as advertised. After contacting customer service a representative escalated my case and I was issued a complete refund as the product I wanted was not available. They responded quickly back to my emails and I would recommend them and buy from them again.

    Today, I purchased (online) a lifetime subscription (for an amazing price through Cult of Mac) for the iScanner app for my iPhone. Unfortunately I was not able to activate it right away on my own. I immediately sent a message to support and within the hour, I received a reply which helped me to easily install and activate the iScanner app on my iPhone. I was very impressed with the timeliness of the support team (****). This app looks like it offers a lot, way more than most scanning apps on the market (at least with the ones I am familiar with). I highly recommend it.
